Quality product, great customer service
The plexiglass was broken (during shipping I presume) in the corner of one of my frames, so I reached out to customer service who were great and super quick.

Great customer service!
First set of mats arrived bent so I contacted customer service. They responded very quickly and sent out a new set that arrived within a few days. I’m very pleased with the quality, the cost, and the service. Will certainly use this company again!

Checked All the Boxes
I love the profile and finish of this frame! I looked everywhere for a barn wood, natural looking finish but with a crisp, modern, pretty narrow width. Boom! Great packaging- everything arrived completely perfect!

Teintes verdâtres
La couleur est beaucoup plus « verte » que ce que je voyais sur les exemples. De plus, l’effet 3D est pratiquement absent de l’image. Première fois que je suis déçue d’un produit d’opposite wall.

Great customer service
I had issues with my very first order order — first order did not arrive it was lost in transport. Then the replacement order arrived damaged. Final order arrived perfect and the customer service was fantastic. I would not hesitate ordering again due to the products and the fantastic customer service. Will definitely order again.

Happy with my first frame!
This was my first purchase from Opposite Wall. I'd been looking for a frame for a large print, and couldn't find any that had the right shade of wood we were hoping for. Opposite Wall did! The price was reasonable, the frame is light but sturdy/well made, and it looks beautiful.
