Ordered ours in Sept 25 for my son's school sports. We haven't used it once. All we've been trying to do is mould it to fit his mouth. Before placing the order I rang them and spoke to a lovely lady who guided me on which ones would be suitable for my son. Based on her revommendation I purchased them for my son. We have tried moulding it at least 8 times. It's such a shame and a total waste of money that he hasn't even used it once. It's shoved in a corner of useless things and every few months we try and have another hoping we'd be successful. I'm not surprised it doesn't fit because there is so little of the moulding material in the mouthguard that when my son bites down on it for moulding, all the material squashes to the bottom and doesn't actually mold to his teeth shape at all! Such a waste of money, so disappointed, I'm never going to buy from them again. They visit my son's school for custom fitting so glad I didnt pay the 40 something for this bit of rubbish. I've raised this with the customer service team on 2 ocassions and all they say is keep moulding it. Needs several goes before it fits right. Well we've done it so many timea that the gold mould is now breaking into pieces making it a choking hazard so about to go in the bin.

Worst quality ever.
It doesn’t fit properly on the teeth. On my second attempt to mold it, I followed the instructions and held it in 100°C water for 20 seconds, and the mouthguard melted.
DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My son has been using the product and finds it both durable and cozy, and I'm very satisfied with it!

Really pleased with the product, sturdy and comfortable as per my son who has been been using it!

I got the more expensive "custom fit" and the to protection level, but thinner. I got it based on reviews and because some mma fighters use the brand, as do a UK taekwondo federation and USA Wrestling. I already have a <£10 one from a famous high street sports chain (SD), which fits excellently but has a small sharp part at the front, where the hard part becomes soft. So I sought out one more appropriate for combat sports like mma, boxing and muay thai.

The mouthguard instructional video didn't give any detail of how to use the dual compression cage. It doesn't say if thr mouthguard needs to be symmetrical in the cage. It doesn't say if the cage needs to fit fully together.

The mouthguard was fitted at the fro but the back wasn't that great. The back inner part on one side of the mouth was sharp - a single sharp edge. After 25+ minutes,including 15 in the fridge, I remoulded it and this smoothed the edges, but it instead had two edges on that side of my mouth digging into my gums, like it's too narrow. After about 15min I remoulded again and it came out sharp at the front of the mouth. I immediately remoulded again, but this time I first put the mouthguard into my mouth without the cage gimmick (since it's hard to get it symmetrical on the cage - it was always sticking out more on one side) and bit for 10-20 seconds. Then I added the cage and but for a other 20+ seconds. Now it seems better, but still some pinching. I'll have to see it tomorrow.

I bought this to give proper protection and to not have sharp edges, so I can be punched etc in the mouth without extra damage caused by the gumshield. Not to wreck my gum.
It says it's fitted within a few minutes. I spent over an hour on it. Stressful experience instead of a pleasant or simple one.

OLPRO 6 berth tent absolutely fabulous. Very easy to errect/deconstruct despite personal mobility challenges. Sturdy, strong, withstood heavy rain and high winds (typical English summer holiday) and totally dry as a bone inside. The very best tent I have ever bought or used.

I bought an Opro Night guard and it has really improved my sleep. The gaurd was well packaged and the guidance was very simple to follow. The instructions were set out in written form, images and also there was a QR code to a video to follow. It fits really well and I like how it came with a storage box.

Placed order immediately found out the auto fill filled the wrong address. I tried everything on the website or through the web chat support immediately, but there is no way to edit the shipping address. I cannot do anything, someone will get a free mouthguard.

Edit: I emailed them and they managed to cancel the order before it is processed thanks.

Easy to mould to your mouth and comfy to wear. Very happy

good product purchased annually for my rugby and hockey playing teen. Comfortable fit

Great quality product. This is my second after I didn't stay on top of keeping the first one clean and it got a bit manky. Unfortunately I made a mistake when molding it (not biting down hard enough I think) so I'm going to have to get another but I will be another OPRO!

Not quite as nicely fitting as a dentist-moulded one, but fits pretty well and does a very good job.
My old, dentist mouth guard fit very well and was barely noticeable even when talking. I'd forget I was even wearing it. This one is bulkier and harder to talk with, but does fit snuggly and the protection is definitely still there. Well worth the price.
