Moje doświadczenia z Opti Trade okazały się bardzo rozczarowujące. Na początku kontakt z przedstawicielami firmy był bardzo intensywny a platforma sprawiała profesjonalne wrażenie. Problemy pojawiły s postanowiłem wypłzśrodki. Proces zaczął się przedłużać, pojawiały się kolejne wymagania i trudno było uzyskać jednoznaczne inf1ormacje dotyczące dalszych kroków. Zawsze tłumaczenie jest tkie samo przy wypłatach że chcą opłaty za podatek z wypłaty potem jakieś dziwne ubezpieczenie transakcji a potem kontakt się całkowicie urywa i człowiek został bez środków do życia. Tyle stresu nigdy nie doświadczyłem jak pr8zez te pseudo inwestcje. 1Zostałem zmuszony zgłosić sprawę na zewnątrz i trafiłem na pomoc firmy dzięki której udało mi się odzyskać wszystkie moje utracone oszczędności walka była trudna ale zakończona sukcesem. Nie inwestujcie tam ani złotówki!!!! Szkoda waszego zd8rowkia ost8rzegam.8 Ja chciałem ty9lko roz9mnożyć pieniąd9ze a9by le9piej żyło9 takt gdyby ktoś mji się na emeryturze. SCAM! SCAM! It's a big scam indicator. Do not fall for the pictures on the website; I have purchased their indicator and provided proof that it does not work on multiple charts. They do not work. They simply say the documents attached are not enough, and they do not let you cancel the product after you buy it. i have sent repeated emails, still the same. They do not let you cancel the products.

Optitrader AI is very disappointing. I spent a whole day trying to figure out how to install and get it to work. None of the settings they show on their website appear. Their instructions are poor and none of the icons they instruct you to use for set up are available. Their website makes it seem that a refund is easy, but it is impossible to provide the proof they require. Others who have had the same problem said they were charged again- I cancelled my credit card. They have a great marketing website, to bad their product doesn’t exist.

The worst customer service in history, I had a unauthorized charge from this company and they are giving me the run around with this you refund is not approved tell your issue with the indicator crap. I dont use your indicator I ask for a refund within 10 hours after noticing it was charged on my account. Do not do business with this company. Discord also stuck no assistance with no support for charges so I contacted my bank to investigate this matter.

These scammers' indicators are completely useless. You can find much better ones for free. The excellent signals they show in Instagram ads are never there. There are absolutely no refunds. The only way to get rid of them is to cancel your credit card. I requested a refund the day I received it because I didn't like it. The confirmation email asks for an order number. I never received such an email, and there is no order number. They are refusing the refund because the request is incomplete. Despite sending three requests, they were all rejected. And after a month, they charged my credit card again. You can't cancel your credit card information through their website in any way. These sons of bitc..s have set up a complete rip-off scheme.
After much effort, I found out that my credit card information was registered on shopify.com. While I couldn't reach those scoundrels at Optitrade, Shopify's support team responded immediately. They said they would help with a refund and the cancellation of my credit card information. I'm waiting for a response. If there are others who have been victimized, they should also contact Shopify.

On Opti Trade website it gives the impression that they have devopled an indicator that works work many differnt platforms. It does not tell you that you must use an app that rewrites the scripts that differnt platforms use. When trading after the open when markets are moving fast a trader experiences a lot of lag off their indicators. If you trade off of Trading View platform this indicator may work okay. Stay away from Opti Trade. Forget about trying for a refund because they require screenshots that prove thir indicator is not working. In live market conditions a trader can not show their indicator is lagging by 10 to 30 tick behind the real market.

Once you purchase you cannot cancel! There is no way to contact the people. Apparently I will have to close my account that I have it on so that I can keep them from charging me. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just want the monthly charges to stop. It is a total SCAM! They are the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with.
They do give you an email address if you really search for it, but I sent an email twice and both times it was returned undeliverable!
Do Not waste your money and time on this one.

Accidentally purchased twice - refused refund of second purchase - I replied within hours saying hey I accidentally purchased this twice, their response was oh then you can use it on multiple accounts. I only have one account, please refund the duplicate purchase. Their response was go through our support page, I went through their support page, uploaded the requested screenshots, request denied. Legit BS.

They offered me a free indicator, via email, if I left a positive review first.
That, along with these reviews, confirms the sketchiness.

What ever you do. Do NOT test this! It's impossible to quit. The will charge you forever. And the shit dont even work!! I have tried to close my account for almost a year. I have email them many times. Dont fall for this! They are scammers!!!

They promise you money-back guarantee is pure DECEIT. You will NEVER get your money back and they will be playing games with you. Their indicator is a SCAM it does not work at all. Stay away from them. You have been WARNED. Many people like myself has not got our money back. Once you pay that is it, they wont even reply your email. They are bunch of FRAUDSTERS. The indicator does not work as advertised. Stay away unless you are ready to throw your hard-earned money in the bin. I am still fighting them to get my money back. I lost 80% of the trade I took with it.

Optitrade indicators will work IF you are willing to change the settings every time you change instruments or time frames. Each one requires - as per their support via email - testing all settings to see which one works best. I wasted hours each day for almost a week and never got it down, so it simply didn't work for me, so I requested a refund. THERE IS THE GOTCHA. READ THE FINE PRINT: you must show them "proof" that the indicator "did not work". U-huh, well, afetr over a week of going back and forth they refused to refund the $149, so I told them it would be better if they just said there are no refunds, instead of being shady, and that I would invest another hour or so into posting this review so that all of you can at least have that info up front and make an legit decision. All I know is, if I ran my businesses like that, I would have no clients, and especially no referrals!

Very bad! The indicator doesnt work for me. And they dont want to give me a refund back? While it clearly shows that i can have a refund anytime if it doesnt work for me.

I left a withdrawal request 7 days ago. During this time several managers called and were rude. Please evaluate our dialogue with the manager:
- I asked you not to call me, but only to write in Messenger
- And I asked for a Mercedes for New Year's Eve
