Empty Promises and Lies
We spent countless hours and thousands of dollars wasting our time waiting for Optima Solutions to connect the HubSpot dots for us. The CEO and the overseas team put on a good front for the first few months, but then, when they can’t figure things out, they are slow to respond or take action. We were strung along for months while they attempted to integrate HS with our site, which was in a constant state of onboarding. They never fully understood our business or backend, even though we were promised they knew what they were doing as the “HubSpot Experts.” It was a terrible experience all around and by far the worst experience I have ever had with a Vendor. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Promises were made, and every deadline was missed. We pulled the plug and cut our losses at the end of a year of trying to make this work. The CEO will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract, including promising my kid a signed jersey from the NBA finals. SHAME. DO NOT USE Optima Solutions.
