After applying for a role, I was handled by Nat who made me feel comfortable, excited and ready for my next step. I would happily go back to Nat and Optimise Talent if I required assistance again!

I live in Australia and this company reached out to me regarding a job in the UK. I pointed out their mistake and then they accused me of leaving them fake reviews and contacting them, even though they contacted me. Something fishy is going on with this business

Natalie kept in touch with me regularly (as requested) until I decided I was ready to find a new position and at that point she was able to find and secure me an interview within a week for a perfect position that I secured within 2. Couldn’t recommend more highly

From the very first phone call right through to the offer, Natalie at Optimise Talent has been amazing. Honestly, she is just a breath of fresh air compared to the usual recruitment experience.
