Fantastic company, lovely caring staff, looking after my son who has very complex needs and first time away from home so was dubious about what would happen, but they helped him settle in very fast. Would highly recommend, also keep me updated. First class

I would like to firstly commend Dave because he has been an amazing, supportive and humble person. He is always giving a listening hear, encourages, understandable and giving timely information on what to know and needs to be done about the job. Also for the team at Hartfield that I have been privileged to work with they are equally friendly and client oriented meaning their residents are their top most priority.

Join the team for 2 years now and it’s been the best care agency. Dave is such an amazing person always deliver when he says so. I’m happy to be part of this team

Worked with optimumcare4u for a short period of time but felt like being with them for years. Everyone in the company from management to working colleagues are so friendly and down to earth. Hats off for the work they all do.

I recently have been working with the team from Optimumcare4u and I can honestly say what lovely people they are. They are all very friendly and willing to help and to understand the residents needs. far from standing around waiting to be instructed they take the initiative to ask what they can do to help and what else needs to be done. They are trained and experienced in moving and handling which is a huge advantage to us as a team. Even the nurses I have worked with come and help with personal care which is such a rarity these days. I think this agency stands miles apart from any agency I have worked with recently and I hope to continue to work with them.
