The Professional Diploma course from Optimus Coach Academy was an extraordinarily well delivered and thoughtfully supported experience. Throughout the course, every element - e.g. the teaching, the mentoring, the online learning materials, the coaching practice feedback, the supportive, positive, considerate, thought-provoking and inclusive teaching environment and of course sharing the learning process with my fellow students worked together to make the course a huge privilege to be part of. I particularly appreciated the course focus on well-researched, evidence-based material and while I enjoyed all the subject matter, I found the sections on neurodiversity and psychodynamics were especially interesting. I thoroughly recommend this course!

The quality of the training, the sense of community and being part of a cohort in which I have made so many connections and friends has been a life changing experience. The support and mentoring throughout is the best. I am so grateful to Ruth and the rest of the team for the impact this has made on my life, leading me to leave my corporate career to following my purpose and setting up my own coaching business.

The Optimus course and the guys are absolutely fantastic! Crystal, Faye, Jackie (I hope I haven’t missed anyone) and of course RUTH!! Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations. The pace, teaching, and course leaders were all Goldilocks level just right. The content was very practical, informative and interesting. The instructors and coach mentors are all inspiring, empathetic, and engaging, yet so professional too… and this wasn’t professional in an overly corporate or stuffy way either, as I also found myself so relaxed and comfortable throughout. I learned so much from them. Optimus were great at bringing together our coaching cohort too - there are many from my cohort I’ll continue to stay in touch with and learn from, which really added to my overall experience. Lastly, there is a real community feel and so much support you can take advantage of outside of the specific coaching course - they really do go out of their way to help you and your business succeed. If you want to be a coach, but you’re on the fence about Optimus-just don’t be, book it…you really won’t regret it!

Optimus is like a big hug that envelopes the whole of you.  I feel like they have been there with me through each step of my coaching journey so far and I know that they will continue to be there for me even after graduation.  If you want training to become a coach I would recommend Optimus every time.

The journey with Optimus has shaped not only the coach I am becoming, but the person I continue to evolve into. The learning didn't only come from the amazing trainers presenting valuable content - it came from the learning environment they each created. Their willingness to be real and share their own journeys, have a laugh with us, and hold space with compassion is what really sets them apart. It saddens me that I won't see them every Tuesday evening anymore, but I'm so excited to share my progress with them, and stay in touch.

Training with Optimus was one of the best decisions I've made and it was truly transformative. I wanted a course which would get me ICF accreditation and I found that and a lot more with Optimus.

By the end of the course, I had all the requirements to apply for ICF accreditation, as well as the knowledge and confidence to launch my own coaching business, and a real feel for the sort of coach I wanted to be.

I knew how my coaching sessions should be structured and had a full array of tools and techniques to assist my clients in those sessions.

I attended the Professional Level Diploma course at the Optimus Coach Academy, and it was an incredible experience! The study materials are exceptionally comprehensive, offering a wealth of resources, including some fantastic books that really enrich the learning process.
The structure of the course is particularly beneficial, featuring a blend of group mentoring, individual mentoring sessions, and ample opportunities for coaching practice, all accompanied by constructive feedback. What has surprised me the most is how much the course encourages self-reflection, it isn't just about learning techniques to assist clients, but also about personal growth.
The trainers are amazing, supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. I truly appreciate their approach and expertise. Additionally, my cohort is fantastic, I feel a genuine connection with my peers, and I’m delighted to have made some lasting friendships. We’ll definitely be keeping in touch!

I was already coaching before I undertook my Associate qualification with Optimus, and I feel like the course has truly elevated my coaching practice. I had such a great learning experience doing my ACC course with Optimus. Everyone on the course (peers and trainers) were all so lovely and made doing the course even more enjoyable.

This course suited me perfectly as I'm a busy mum of 2 and also work full time, there was never any pressure to do any more than the 3hrs of study each week which was the online lesson - and if you had time to do more then great but it wasn't a must. Also, this course was great for me as there were no written assignments/journals needed - if like me you find written work challenging then this is another reason to study with Optimus.

If you're looking at becoming a life coach I would highly recommend Optimus to train with!

Enrolled for the Associate Coach diploma. The course strikes the right balance between practical and theory. Appreciated the amount of resources we get access to through the learning portal as well. The trainers themselves are clearly experts and take their craft seriously - exactly what's needed to bring the learning experience to life, as they do so well.

I was completely new to the coaching space but the knowledge, energy and enthusiasm of the Optimus Coach Academy trainers completely won me over.
