Company had great reviews, and I have severe sacrolliac issues. I was encouraged to try this particular belt. I decided to do it because I'm quite desperate. I have hope that it will help me.

Shipping costs are ridiculous
The website was very easy to navigate but basing shipping charges on the amount of money spent is ridiculous. I almost didn't purchase from OPTP but they were having a sale so I made an exception. Charge on weight and size--the way the shipping companies charge!

In terms of customer service, very poor
I signed up for a Distributor account and they never changed my login to show distributor prices, and I made three very expensive orders last year before realizing that I was only given the Professional Price, that it wasn't the Distributor price. It took several emails to customer service to ask how to get the distributor prices, because the customer number they gave me wasn't helpful. And I was told information that I already knew -- how to log in. Finally, I had to call in to Customer Service and had them actually change it. Then I came to realize that I had been highly overcharged, once I actually saw the Distributor pricing.

great site, easy to navigate
The pictures & descriptions of the products are excellent. Love that as a professional we have pro pricing & a great amount of industry options. The only thing I was not pleased with was the shipping price. It goes by the amount spent on products - however, my products were small in size & I know that they could not cost almost $19 to ship. I understand that there are certain considerations built into those prices, however, that is still steep. Overall, I was very pleased with the variety of products, brands, & educational material available at this site. I was also happy with the ease of use of the site.

Helpful staff
I called in to get a recommendation for a product to alleviate the symptoms of my plantar fasciitis. The woman on the phone was very helpful and the product she recommended was one of their cheapest options (half balls) and it works great for me. Will definitely purchase from OPTP again!

Quality products at fair prices
I've purchased a couple of foam rollers from OPTP and they've held up very well. The quality is far superior to the rollers I've seen at Target for double the cost. Their pro fitness mat is very nice as well.
