Made the whole process straight forward from start to finish

Just took collection of my G80 M3 and just want to say that Ross and Molly have been absolutely spot on throughout the whole process. I’m self employed and 21 years old so finding a lender was difficult but through Ross’s continued support we got a deal done and one that I’m very happy at.

Brilliant from start to finish!!

I had Chris who sourced me different finance options, liaised with me all the time on actually finding and picking my perfect car, i chose to go to BMW directly to purchase my new car, they 100% like any other dealership could not come close to matching Oracles interest rates as they were that low/competitive, easy straight forward application which got submitted and accepted within a day, they then paid out BMW the following day which i then could just easily go and pick my new car up!

Couldn't recommend enough, and thank you to Chris for all your help and phoning me to make sure i got home ok after my long journey to collect the car & helping me set the car up as well with his knowledge 😂

Tom Gaiety was excellent throughout. He clearly explained the finance options for my new 911 and dealt with my queries clearly & with commendable patience.

I found Oracle completely by chance through a Google search. My credit history wasn't perfect, and I honestly wasn't sure whether I would be in a position to get finance, so I requested a consultation and was paired with Dylan.

When Dylan first called, I'd completely forgotten I had even submitted the request. As someone with ADHD, I'm naturally quite cautious with unexpected calls, but I made Dylan aware of this straight away. Almost immediately he put me at ease, and before I knew it we'd been talking for around an hour and a half.

At that point I explained my situation and that this wasn't something I was ready to do immediately. Dylan completely understood and never once pressured me. Instead, he kept in touch every now and then just to see how things were going.

About a month later I told Dylan I was ready to move forward and he absolutely sprang into action. He helped me find a car, talked me through the finance options, and managed to get everything sorted. I was accepted for finance, which was amazing, especially considering how much I'd worried about it beforehand. In typical fashion, Dylan was right when he told me I'd been worrying over nothing!

To make things even more stressful, I lost my wallet during the process, which caused delays because I had been accepted for finance but had no way of verifying my identity. Dylan was incredibly patient throughout. There was never any frustration or pressure, just genuine support and guidance while we worked through the issue.

Collection day came around and the service didn't stop there. Dylan checked in before collection, after collection, a week later, and again a couple of weeks later. The aftercare has genuinely been second to none. Every conversation feels more like catching up with someone you know than speaking to a broker.

Unfortunately, I had some issues with the vehicle and dealership after collection. None of this was Oracle's fault, but once again they were quick to step in and see what support they could offer from their side.

This was my first time using a broker and they made the whole experience incredibly easy to understand from start to finish. The communication, attention to detail, pre-sales checks, aftercare and overall customer service have all been exceptional.

A huge thank you to Dylan and everyone at Oracle. If you're considering using them but have any doubts, don't. These guys genuinely care about their customers, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Cheap interest rate

This is the third car that Calypso has arranged the finance for us, and once again she has been absolutely brilliant. She is incredibly efficient, helpful and responsive, and managed to get everything sorted and over the line within just a few days. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, and we always felt like everything was being taken care of. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Calypso again and would highly recommend her. If you are looking for finance, then Harry is they guy to ask for. From the start, nothing was too much trouble, and the whole process was so simple. I highly recommend this company 👌

Chris has been great throughout the process, we have secured a cheaper rate on my SV range rover, There was some discrepancy over the final numbers having previously verbally agreed them but this hasn't changed my view. I would use Oracle again and look forward to financing future vehicles through them. P.S. I wish you had somewhere closer for me to sign documents though !
