DO NOT USE THIS SITE APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT.I recently left a review on trustpilot after purchasing a watch from Oraliuwhich broke after only wearing it several times.I contacted them but was refused a full refund or replacement and was only offered a 20% refund of which I still didn’t receive the full amount.After posting my review Oraliu replied saying how sorry they were and that it hadn’t been dealt with correctly but were now willing to look into it again and do it properly!!Obviously this response shown on trustpilot made it look like they actually cared and had great customer service DO NOTBE FOOLED BY THIS.They then emailed me and said they now agreed to give me my full refund if I removed my review which I agreed to do and my refund would take 7-10days BIG MISTAKE !! Still no refund 3weeks later. Disgusting appalling customer service ROGUE SITE DO NOT USE . I have tried contacting them several times but they are just ignoring my messages What an absolute disgrace PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

We ordered three ceiling lights.
1) lights were completely different to the ones we ordered.
2) One of the lights was faulty.
3) Product quality poor.
4) Company insists we pay the shipping fee for return to China. Which is against UK consumer law.
5) Company are not giving a refund.

The product doesn’t work at all. After requesting a refund they committed to a full refund yet partial was generated less delivery cost. Do not purchase from this retailer as the item is cheap and unfit for purpose.

Been using the foot massager machine after long days and it actually helps. Strong performance overall. Bit noisy tho.

Terminally slow, deceptive website pretending to be Europe based, more expensive than others

The bunion corrector fits perfectly and doesn’t feel awkward at all. I’ve had issues with similar products before but this one is comfortable. Wish sizing guide was clearer.

Bit heavier than I thought but this foot massager feels proper quality. Setup took a minute but once done it just works. Cable could be better though.

We ordered 2 kettles of different sizes, to be used primarily with a gas camping stove.
Apart from the fact that both the advertised sizes were slightly different when they arrived, the mains points were that they take ages to boil, and the whistles on them don't work, although they do actually look quite nice.
Also, although they were ordered together, they arrived days apart and came with totally different courier companies.
Regarding the customer service, Amelia could not have been more helpful when we contacted them to find out firstly where they were, then once one had arrived, why the second one hadn't. As it turned out we didn't need the help as the second kettle came as we were in the middle of back and forth emails regarding the shipment.

In conclusion we gave a 3 star rating due to the fact we waited a long time for the order, they were not up to standard, but the customer service was very good.

I use this aromatherapy sand light mostly in the evenings and its honestly relaxing. Looks nice on my desk too, not an eyesore. Would’ve liked slightly better instructions.

This sand lamp ended up being way more aesthetic than I thought. Doesn’t look medical at all which was my biggest worry. Support replied fast when I got confused setting it up. Small typo in the manual but whatever it works.

Misleading advert…did not realise it was China and therefore expensive to return . Offered 40% refund .

The sleep headphones are one of those things you don’t think much about but end up using a lot. Build is decent. No complaints really.

I bought three glass jugs from this company. They arrived two of them smashed very poorly wrapped just in plastic and a very flimsy little box. They will not inboxes their customer service is a atrocious even though I’ve sent them a video of the broken glass and the jugs they take 48 to 72 hours to get back to you and after about 15 emails I’m still waiting to hear what they were going to do. I would not touch this company with a bargepole. Most unprofessional people I’ve ever come across still have no money back and still have not got the replacement jugs.

Another AI-generated scam website! If it's too good to be true, trust your gut-feel. I made the mistake of believing the accurate, sophisticated language and professional aesthetics. Haha! I blame my baby-brain for not fact-checking via Trustpilot first: ) I'm £68 lighter and in possession of a product that couldn't be different from the original in the advert. I ordered a doormat specifically designed to catch sand and dirt as we have a sandpit in the garden. It was supposed to be patterned with raised grooves and edges to cleverly trap the unwanted particles from the outdoors. Oraliu posted a cheap mat which has a completely smooth surface and the sand-trapping dirt catching groove is merely an optical illusion-type pattern. Having gone back to their website and browsed through the various items on offer-of which there are hundreds-what ultimately gives it away is the reviews which consistently rate five stars. No company in existence has purely five star reviews. You really have to watch out and double-check online purchases as these fake websites are popping up left, right and centre. I feel sad as i'm on a low income and the monetary loss is equivalent to a month's worth of gas in my household. I'm going to report this fraudulent website in an effort to have in taken down. Is such a thing even possible? I don't know but i'm going to look into it. Peace and out.

Bought an analogue alarm clock from them, didn’t realize they are a drop-ship company, the clock was coming directly from China. The clock finally arrived, it is pretty cheaply made, and only had it for 3 days and it runs fast. So it’s basically crap.

This Retro CD player looks way more expensive than what I paid honestly. Has that clean minimal vibe. Took a bit to set up but worth it.

The moon wall light looks minimal and clean, fits right into my room. Took me a second to figure it out but once I did, it’s easy. Packaging was secure no issues there.
