Order was shipped in a timely manner
Order was shipped in a timely manner. When it arrived I hooked the LED lighting up to check it out. Love the setup they provided, but they shipped a switch which lights the fixture when the door is opened. I needed a motion sensor switch. Customer service answered my call almost immediately and within seconds had promised to send me the switch I needed free of charge.

Don’t trust- item description, customer service issues, and false review summary
Company is removing low reviews from their website- do not trust the high ranking. Order took 3 weeks instead of quoted 2 day shipping. Items said they would come with transformer and dimmer switch with each light, but came with one for entire order. When reaching out to customer service, they said this had to be via special request despite the item description noting it would be included for each item.

I had been searching for lighting to…
I had been searching for lighting to place in three different display cabinets for a while. After watching Bourbon Moth use Orbisify's LED lighting in a YouTube video, I visited their website and decided to give them a try. Since I had three different cabinets with three separate lighting requirements, finding the options Orbisify offers was just what I needed. Their customer service was extremely helpful, answering questions I had and offering suggestions about what I needed to order (I needed to specify in the order that three different cabinets were being lit, and therefor needed three separate transformers). I will be ordering more from these kind folks!

I ordered the LED lights for a shelving project and put the lights under the shelves. The lights look amazing.
Their customer service helped me fix an electrical issue with a wall dimmer switch that wasn’t compatible with the transformers. They even sent me a replacement LED to replace a light I damaged during my installation. Their customer service responded very quickly and were very helpful.

The Orbisify Support team is very responsive and communicates completely and clearly; both by email and by phone. The products are as-advertised and work well. Do not buy from this company!
Do not buy from this company!! I was completely lied to and scammed!! What I believed was just incompetence on their part turned out to be lies and stall tactics.
I contacted them prior to making any purchase with what I was looking for. I wanted to get an RGB strip light that I could combine with a motion detector.
They said it could be done. Even gave me the links for the 2 things I needed to purchase. $170 for both. I made the purchase. This was at the end of January. Turns out these are not compatible. I have been in contact with them EVERY step of the way. I was told they made a mistake and I needed a third item to make this work. It was like pulling teeth to get them to ship it. They would tell me it had been sent when it had not. Finally get it...it did not fit either of what I purchased.
Contacted them AGAIN!! Was told I needed something else and that they would take care of it. Again....lies!! Weeks and weeks go by. Contact them. "We have shipped it" they would tell me. Nothing was shipped. In the end of them using stall tactics to drag their mistake out I was finally told that it is not possible to combine an RGB light strip with a motion detector. Even though they are the ones who sent the links on what to purchase telling me that I could do that in the first place. We are now in May.
Their way of resolving this...I was told that I had exceeded the return window time, but they felt bad for their mistake and offered a refund on the inexpensive motion detector.
Avoid this company at all cost!! They make promises. They lie to you! They use stall tactics! They steal your money! Then spit in your face with a smile on theirs!!
I have every conversation that I have had with them saved. I was never rude to them. Always patient in giving time for shipping before following up.

Its been 3 months
It took 3 months, Feb 25 to May 7, to get all of our parts. Bits & pieces come in shipments not marked as Orbisfy, misc 3rd party vendors. A laptop cord sat on the desk for 2 weeks with us wondering what it was and who ordered it; turned out that was a power connection that was a the last missing piece from orbisfy.
