Excellent product. Simple to use, affordable and regular improvements based on customer feedback. We don't use all of the functionality but the share registry alone is worth the price of entry, as is the document vault.
The customer service is imply outstanding. We get very quick and helpful responses to any and all requests.
We have never regretted our decision to subscribe.
Great software for both the 'must have' functionality in managing cap table, options etc. But additionally taking ideas/feedback from customers to enhance functionality and add new capability, ie. Valuations, communicatuons, doc signing, governance. Reduce the burden of more tedious tasks.
Customer service also second to none!

At Orbis Diagnostics we have found this software has really streamlined our ability to manage our ESOP and Shareholder Register (following/during capital rasies).
