I paid for an order through PayPal with ordifriend.com on 9th December 2022 for 3 items and received 2 of them in January 2023. The company assured me that the third item had been sent in a separate shipment but this time couldn't give me a tracking number and told me to be patient. After several emails, I told them I would contact PayPal. In mid February I opened a dispute with PayPal asking to be reimbursed for the missing item. PayPal told me that this company said that the outstanding amount owing was a 'cancellation fee' and promptly closed the case. Then the third item actually arrived on the 24th February! It had been posted after I opened the dispute with PayPal. Ordifriend would do well to be more honest with their customers. Dealing with them is something I will not try again.

I ordered adhesive patch material February, 2022 and since it was not the right colour needed to put on my recliner, I sent them a reply that I was returning this item. I did return my order through Canada Post and have a tracking number which said it was delivered.
After numerous attempts to have them credit my Visa for the price paid, the only reply was that they wanted to compensate me $20 US but not the my full amount.
I am not satisfied with this company and will never buy from them again. Now I will reach out to my Visa company for assistance.

This company is a scam. It came across my Facebook feed and I should have ignored, My order should have been here. The shipping notices that are arriving in my email in-box keep saying that the shipping date has changed, but never gives a date of arrival. Somehow, my 3 cosmetic bags are stuck in Ireland according to the emails. What??? And the language and terminology on the shipment tracking emails that are being sent to me are obviously not written professionally. Shipping.24hourservice.vip is the shipper and who I am receiving emails from. Total SCAM and disputed with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER from ordifriends.com. I wish I would have read the reviews others left before placing my order.

I have joined the group of people that were scammed from this site. I ordered a make-up bag 11/4/22. I also was receiving emails for a package tracking website. This is 12/23/22 and it still has not arrived. At least I can dispute it on my credit card. I wish I could give them no stars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on November 18. They sent an order confirmation then started sending shipping updates from tracking-hub.com. Apparently that company is NOT legit either. They are not responding to my emails.

This company is a scam. I ordered about 5 weeks ago. As soon as I placed my order it just blinked off and disappeared. I haven’t got a confirmation or my order or any tracking numbers. But they did charge me.

I could not write this review unless I gave it a star rating, so I’ve added a star. PLEASE DISREGARD IT.

This company looked so effing convincing.I had purchased Xmas gifts back in November 2021. Emails sent back and forth - literally getting nowhere. This was the last communication (back in April 2022) I had from them…

Please DO NOT order with them. My order was last December 2021. Until now August 2022, I haven’t received my order. I have sent an email many times and they always say there was a delay. I asked for my money back and until now they have not return my money

Same as everyone else. Ordered last October and still not received 7 months later. Sent several emails and same reply saying its in transit and they have contacted the courier for an update.

Placed order in early December, but item never received. Contacted company on multiple occasions over several months. Responses were all a variation on "We have contacted courier but they have not updated tracking information. Please be patient". Requests for a refund were repeatedly ignored. Submitted a claim via PayPal who immediately issued me a refund.

My order hasn’t arrive after waiting for 4 months, I realised that a lot of people have fallen into the same fraud, don’t buy anything from here if you don’t want to have your money stolen, it’s a scam

My experience is the same as everyone else's here. It's been 6 months since I ordered my item and they will not send me the shipping number and they continue to say its on its way. They will not issue me a refund.

The product finally turned up after a month, the leather patch was folded so many times and so badly creased, then packed into a very small package, it is virtually useless. But try getting a response from them that is useful. would not buy from this mob, waste of money

The headquarters is in a retail park of the M40 motorway at Beacons field next to Beaconsfield town football club. It also goes and other names. HP9 2SE. Company name Landbase trading Co., ltd.

Well thankfully I’m not alone. What a horrible company.

Same story as everyone else… supposedly shipped, supposedly in the US, not authorized to refund.

STAY AWAY

I ordered a coaster form them on November 24th. As of March 14th according to their "Tracking" service the product is somewhere in the US but where specifically they do not know.

They must be a known scammer because PayPal refunded money within seconds of filing a dispute.

Total scam. I also ordered two bags in December. Shipping shows that it gets to Canberra. Told they resent and also not received. Don't fall for it. SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I was another fool that was fooled by this Company. Ordered 4 makeup bags on December 11, 2021 and paid expedited shipping fee and to this date have not received anything nor will they refund my money. I have emailed them every month and all they write back and to say they were sorry and it was returned to them by Customs and they were sending them out again which is total BS. I don’t know what else to do

Total scam bogus company. I’ve waited two months for a shipment they say is in transit. Excuses, excuses, even blaming the pandemic. Now I’m getting messages from their customer service saying don’t worry, it’s in transit and they now changed to a different “shipping company “ that shows nothing progressing. Don’t fall for this scam like I did!
