Don’t order from this company! The Instagram ad for the US 250th Birthday jigsaw puzzle was filled with lies! The product took over a month to arrive in a small, crushed box, even though I paid for expedited shipping. It came from China, via Scandinavia, even though the site claims it is made in the US. The historical facts printed on the puzzle are not in English….total gibberish, as far as I can tell. Customer service will not send me an address to return it and will not send me a refund or a replacement in English. The best offer is a $8 refund for a worthless product that cost me $40. This company is a total ripoff!! Stay away!!

It's a scam! Don't waste your money! My order never arrived and I can't track it anymore either. They refuse to refund me my money. Please don't buy off this site! You are just throwing your money away!

I bought the cowboy hat clip as advertised on Facebook. Total trash. Shipped from overseas. Too forever to come in. The magnets are junk. It does not work at all. Don’t be take in.

The Hat that is advertised is not the hat that arrives in your package !! The fancy good looking embroider hat that is advertised shows up as a printed hat that is made in China with the American flag insignia on it. The email shipping indicates coming from Italy. Price is $19.99. Value should be$9.99 Tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after ordering and received an email that said I could not cancel order.

Waited over a month for 2 hats I ordered. After NUMEROUS emails of them telling me to be patient I finally received them. They were way too small for my head and might have fit a 6 year old boy. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE UNRELIABLE SCAM ARTISTS.

Total scam......ordered November 13 today is December 8 and still have not received any shipping info!

SCAM. Don’t order from them. Never received order. Was emailed a completely different tracking company and number after contacting them. Don’t waste your money or time.

I ordered a hat that was advertised as embroidered but was printed instead. I was offered a $2 refund, which was less than 10% of what I paid. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Avoid these scammers.

I've got to be honest, I had high hopes. I bought the leather hat clip. Won't hold anything, and oddly enough, they are impossible to return. If you buy something from this site, be prepared to be disappointed.

It took 2 months to get my order, was not worth AUD $82, didn't realise amount after I checked PayPal. Definitely do not recommend

I ordered the artificial flower bunches on April 5th. After numerous messages to them, they keep saying to be patient. Finally got tracking up date after a month and it says it was delivered. I went to my post office, that's who supposedly delivered it in my (MAIL BOX). They said the tracking numbers I had were not theirs and this was a scam. I filled a dispute with paypal, total SCAM. This is now June 25th. Nothing resolved yet.

I wish I could give zero stars as this is what this company deserves. Supposedly this company is based out of Montana but the order I placed 4/26/25 shipped from Sweden. May 25 my order arrived Milwaukee - I live in Chicago, it is now 6/9 and no order. They keep telling me they don’t know who carrier is and after telling them I was not interested in having the order reshipped and wanted a refund, they supposedly reshipped yet no tracking info. I have repeatedly asked for a refund to no avail. Do not order from this company. They are a scam.

I should know better, I should have learned, it never seems to hit me that ads on Facebook are scams. Please, learn from me that if it seems to good it certainly is. They stole my $64.00 and I have no flowers that I have been waiting on well over a month.

Should have went with my gut instinct. Kept seeing the ads over and over and over so I gave in and ordered some, buy seven get five free for a total of 12 ,after 30 some plus days received half of my order.. received 6 of the 12. Contactd the company and keep getting no where with them about the shortage of flowers. I'm made a claim with PayPal. Company is pure junk!

Ordered some artificial flowers on April 6th after seeing an ad on Facebook and as of today (May 20th), I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them numerous times and keep receiving vague and ambiguous responses without saying anything really tangible per se. I wish I would have done more research prior to ordering as well as trusted my gut to not order anything off Facebook (my bad). Oh well, off to file a fraud claim with my bank.

Trust me as well as others here and DO NOT order anything from them!

Still waiting on product-23 days now. Nothing stated on website that the product was not in the USA. They sent a tracking number and said item was in Ireland at customs and was being shipped. But that was fraudulent. According to my PayPal tracking the item was shipped from china, never had been in Ireland. So not sure why they lied and stated that it was so who knows where my $75 product order is.

I'm holding my breath hoping that I haven't been scammed. Order placed and since then I've been receiving updates that my order is taking a back roads tour of Ireland before it gets off the ground and over to Canada. I ordered their faux floral bunches for outdoor containers. Sent an email to their "support" team and got an immediate email back. Isn't AI wonderful??? NOT.

Ordered two hats 12/24/24. Never received. Contacted them several times and was given all kinds of stories. Scam

Ordered scarf. Have been waiting for 49 days as of today, and I have received absolutely NOTHING. I have emailed back and forth with their useless customer service many times and the bottom line is that they don't care that I haven't received my item and that they are not willing to give me my $24 refund. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered two scarf hats and only received one. Although the tracking info states that the second package delivered I never received it. I was instructed to contact my local post office and provide the tracking number however the tracking number provided was not a valid USPS tracking number. I have filed a dispute with PayPal to hopefully get a refund or I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
