I wanted to thank Katherine at Oriana B for such great customer service.
We purchased an item 4 months ago and unfortunately it broke.
We enquired and queried regarding a manufacturer error to Oriana B and to our amazement and delight, the item was replaced immediately and promptly. I am very impressed with this level of customer service and will purchase again from such a great store

Great customer service
I recently bought a large mirror from Oriana B. I noticed a bit of damage to the frame after delivery and after an email to Julie all was sorted within a few minutes with a replacement. Great shop, great customer service!

Beautiful furniture

Beautiful Lamp Shade
My sister had been looking at this lamp shade so I got it for her as a house warming present, Its absolutely beautiful! so different and so much detail. She was delighted with it. It was delivered really quick and well packaged.
