I bought the oribreeze cooler because they said it cools a room
I was wanting to use it in my van
Its totally useless
Its not even functional enough to put on a table next to you
Also I thought it was going to cost $65 au
It cost $120
Must have been US but that wasn't apparent untill I'd pushed the button to pay
Now I have a useless thing that I wouldn't even offer to someone else

I ordered one unit and it never arrived. I sent various emails which either bounced back or were ignored. The company tried to take the payment more than once and my bank called me and stopped the subsequent payment. They couldn't retrieve the first payment

March update. I had a message through TrustPilot that I would receive a direct message fro Oribreeze. Guess what? No message from them about my never delivered order

I am only giving it one star because it turned up.
Avoid at all costs.
This is absolutely useless.
Just wanted to add for all you wives out there do not let your husband buy online I have tried to get him to check reviews if only he had seen all these ones we would not be out of pocket $125.00

They happily took my money ($84.95) and the fan never arrived. I’ve tried at least 6 times to get in contact with them so I can get a refund and they read and then ignore my messages, flat out ignore them, claim not to know what I’m talking about. Disgraceful company.

A total scam and I chastise myself for being sucked in. These so called coolers do NOTHING even in a small area and make an unacceptable noise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Had been considering for a while. But did not commit until price was reduced from $60 to $47. Naturally assumed it was AUS $ as advertised as being an Australian product. $47 US became $75 AUS plus they charged me another $125 for a second unit and warranty I did not want, and there was no warranty. I contacted them immediately and they said it was too late, rubbish. The product is flimsy, noisy, it leaks water, and is no better than a small fan. Checking the water level is neck breaking and I’m pretty sure the ad said only needs filling every 8 hours so can go all night. This is not true. It runs out of water within a few hours.

I’m scared to return them as I might lose the product and my money. Has anyone received a full refund???

what a scam this co is.I ordered 1 unit shortly after confirming they used my bank details to add another unit , which I did NOT order, and then fraudulently added the total in USD. After contacting them , they said its too late the item has been dispatched , 3 hours later they were saying the item is ready to be collected and, do I want to buy another unit.They are a fraudulent company and yet when I asked PayPal , they said it was ok by them to do that , Complete bullshit on paypals behalf , they are complicit in this by still dealing with fraudsters like this

I was expecting a portable fan where you can charge it and then use it without being plugged in. It doesn't have much fan power; you have to stand right in front of it to feel any cool air. And its noisy so you can't sleep with it on. Gets messy when you fill it up with water.

Like others here, I feel like I have been scammed. The information on the Facebook link does not specify the cost is anything other than in AUD, but it seems I have been charged in USD. Trying to cancel this is impossible, according to their "Customer Service" department. Have been advised I can return these within 30 days, which I will be doing. Don't buy from these people

Its scam wife got done with the marketing was ment to cost 180 aus but turns out it cost us nearly double do not buy they are a shit product

Turns out to be a big waste of money. Unless sitting in front of it you cannot feel the cool. And it cost me more than I thought as they converted it to US Dollars , even though it made out it was in Australia.

My problem with this scamming company is same as all the previous reviews. Within minutes they claimed payment from PayPal for 4 coolers which I never ordered. Within minutes (3) I told them to reverse this fraudulent claim and got their usual story that the goods had been dispatched, etc. 3 hours later received email saying my order was being prepared for shipping and would I like to buy another product?? I have never seen such an obvious scamming website - ever. These people are criminals. 17/11/25

It is a scam lot of bullshit

I was enticed to by three units by the Ad stating that Oribreeze was the 'Brainchild' of an Australian Inventor who wanted to make life more comfortable for his sick mother. I thought, If it was Australian, it would be good. WRONG! 3units at $47 each was a good price. $8 postage was also good. The total was supposed to be under $150. When I seen the $287.68 had been removed from my account from a U.S. Company, only 10 minutes later, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. Apparently, it had already been dispatched so they refused the refund. The Aussi inventor Ad has been scrubbed off the internet. SCAM? FRAUD?

It’s a scam ,the site is set up so you end up with more then you want and when you let them know that something is wrong you get a answers, sorry sent with in five minutes of order, so can’t refund what a load rubbish and yes it’s not Australian as advertised it’s American so cost lost more , def don’t buy or even open their web site you will get trapped like I did paying near three hundred dollars for order I didn’t want,
