I purchased a plugin from OriginalPlugins, but after they took my money, I never received any download links or further information. I tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, but there was no response at all. It's been days, and I’ve heard nothing back from them.

This website is a total scam. They took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return. Avoid at all costs, or you’ll end up losing your money like I did.

This is not trustworthy Site, I never subscribed for such disaster package. I applied for this package on 16 January 2024. and it means for 6 months i have sign in for this envato element package that will ends on 15 July 2024. But their service was so disaster that it wasn't working for nearly 10 to 15 days in a row (once in 5 months) .. and other couple of days extra every months. After So many complaints they agreed for 3 more months extension package in compensation. I too agreed for this and they also asked me to remove my review from Trust Pilot, I removed... But as I mentioned above that my package of 6 months was going to end on 15July2024 + 3 months Ext. BUT They ended my subscription and now they are messaging that its enough and 7 months are completed. they have not completed my 6 months package also I have enough proofs to prove my point and this review. If developer can delete this Review, I am sure he is not growing from his mistakes but hiding his mistakes. I will not sign in for this package again or will promote to my colleagues and friends.

For now all is OK with the lifetime license.
You can buy via PayPal and this in my opinion is a guarantee of reliability.

All the plugin licenses I have purchased work perfectly. The first purchase I made I had doubts about the licenses but they are really original. I hope that in the future there will be no problems with the lifetime licenses I have purchased. I am very satisfied with the purchases I have made. I highly recommend them.

The sellers dont responds after you buy and while facing the issues with plugin or theme.
He simply ignore the messages. Big issue is within site, there is no order history menu, neither you will be able to raise refun/return request.
The seller is very cunning to design a website without order history. So in future, he simply avoid/escape your quetions

The support is good and the plugins are original.
The only thing why I take away the fifth star is because the platform does not allow you to create an account to access the purchased products, the file only arrives by email.
