Dreadful experience
Dont use their website.
During checkout there are so many popups of extra pens or other products that jump up fast where you may be clicking as they appear.
There is NO review of your order before clicking the final pay now.
My confirmation email showed extra pens added I had not been aware of & said to contact them if anything was wrong with the order. I did this immediately but they took hours to respond by which time they told me it was too late to amend & being processed. There had been no option to amend my order myself online . Customer service fobbed me off with repetitive apologies & company procedure that a refund will only be issued if/when I have returned what I dont want, despite acknowledging the time between my alerting them & them responding. No apology offered for inconvenience to customer having to do this, especially as it is only necessary due to their appalling checkout & then their inefficiency to respond.
In my circumstances it was not just inconvenience but impossible- which I stated to them at the start, being bedbound & for serious health reasons living in total isolation. I explained it is impossible for me to return & asked for a goodwill gesture to refund as it was their fault.
They would not & repeatedly told me to get someone to do it (which I dont have the luxury of). Disgraceful correspondence.
