These guys are amazing, their products, delivery, customer service all state of the art. I have now had 3 orders delivered either side of Christmas within 2-3 days and panache

Poor service, poor and difficult communication and a Frozen product received poorly packaged and defrosted
Apart from delays in the processing and delivery of my order which only occurred after I had finally managed to contact them (no answer for hours and hours on their company line and no email communications to say why there was a delay etc), when the Gyros Meat (frozen product) finally arrived the packaging was battered and it had clearly been hurriedly thrown together with inadequate packaging for Frozen products or any care taken in it's construction and hence all the meat was totally defrosted. Overall a very poor experience for my first ever order from them.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. The order was placed on the 2nd of January which was a bank holiday. We were closed on Thursday the 5th and Friday the 6th, this information was also available on Google. The parcel was delivered on the 11th, by taking into consideration the above information the order was delivered within 5 working days as indicated on our website. I would like to emphasize that our customer service line opens at 10 am and closes at 6 pm, calls made from 9 am to 10 am will be contacted back within the day. As we are unable to reach all areas with our own fleet of drivers and refrigerated vans, we have sometimes to utilize UPS. As you may appreciate even if we are doing our best by sending the frozen meat in insulated temperature-controlled foil pouches, adding 12 sheets of ice pockets and sending the order by UPS’s most expensive service (next-day delivery before 12pm), the state that your order will be delivered is out of our control. As stated, over the phone, you will be receiving a refund for the Gyros and please feel free to consume them in the next 24 hours.
Again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I made an order on 27 December
I made an order on 27 November , they wrote that they will deliver my staff , 3-5 working days , and I received my order on Tuesday 6 December.
I realize today that on of my orders
" Cooked Fava , 1kilo " is expired since 10 December. Even if I wanted to eat it , I couldn't in just 4 days .
Also I order "Houmous " and "Red cheese salad " , 2 kilos each ... that they will be expire at 20 December.
I can't eat 4 kilos in just 14 days .
Waste of money for me , as they were not cheep .
I am not going to buy again any quantity more than a kilo , because I will just waste my money .

Hi, thank you for your message. We do apologize for the delayed delivery. As stated on our website all our Mama's Dishes and fresh dips are made to order by our in-house chef. We proudly would like to inform you that those do not have any preservatives, colorants, or any other additives. That means that their shelf life is quite limited. For the dips, the shelf life is 14 days and for the cooked food is 4 days.

Lack of good communication and advertise discount for back Friday and after a week they told me I have to go and pick up my food.Why wasn't mentioned at the beginning.
Be more helpful and explain delivery from the start not after a week's waiting.To order on line means that either you are old,disable and not a driver.
Not good impression to first time buyer.Certainly I will not introduce u to friends and family.

As discussed on the phone the chosen delivery method from your end, was collection from Watford premises, the reason was that your order did not meet our minimum for free delivery and you didn't want to be charged £13 for delivery expenses. The order was ready to be collected for a week, and when we got in touch to ask when you will be able to collect it, your decision was to cancel it. With no further delay, we canceled it as per your request and refunded the amount. If you need nay further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Excellent Customer Service and Products
I discovered Ormos when I was looking through Google for a specific product (kebab stuffed with cream cheese) for a dinner party. They were running an offer at that time and I decided to add a few more things to my order.
I must say that none that all the products were of great quality and delivered as promised! All my guests complimented on the kebab and spanakopita!
I will definitely order again and recommend them!

Confusion with order-missing items
1. I had to email you with no response and then to call you to bring my order within 5 days. However, when I called you you delivered the order a few hours later.
2. You did not deliver 2 products from the order (which cost 10£ out of the ~47£ of the total amount). I emailed you about that but you did not reply…

I buy a bottle of Babagiannis (?) every Christmas for my husband. He says it’s the best ever and Ormos has never let me down. This year I also ordered spinach and feta pie which we haven’t eaten yet.
