One word: WOW! I have gone back to this store for numerous years as a return customer and let me just say, Ornament Workshop never disappoints! I am always welcomed with Christmas cheer when I walk through the doors and I am taken care of until I leave. The girls there are always sure to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase and experience and I will continue to return, year after year. It’s the only place I can trust for good quality, custom ornaments. I only wish I could work there, as I know I would never want to leave! But I would for sure go broke spending every dime on earn on more stuff! Thank you for always bringing the spirit of Christmas to my day!

Warm and friendly, great staff and an ornament for every taste. Got my ornaments personalized while I waited and will be back every year.

Recently visited the Ornament Workshop in Woodstock. The store is amazing. So many options to choose from. I was looking for a unique family ornament and the staff was great in assisting me find the perfect ornament and personalizing it for my family. Bonus, they had a Rosebud Motel ornament.

Each year we order personalized ornaments for family and friends. We love the person touch that each ornament gets. The ornaments are packed and shipped timely. We are very happy with Ornament Workshop!

My experience with ornament workshop was amazing!!! The personalization was so beautiful on my ornament and will look amazing on my tree. Ornament workshop always makes my Christmas decor better and has never gave me a bad ornament they always exceed my high expectations. I 100% recommend ornament workshop!!!

It is a pretty and well made ornament. However, the personalization looks like it was handwritten with a Sharpie (something I could have done on a much less expensive ornament). I am a little disappointed for the product vs the price.

SENT ME AN ORNAMENT WITH THE WRONG DATE AND I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. AS AN OWNER OF A HUGE COMPANY... YOU SEND ANOTHER ORNAMENT WITH THE CORRECT DATE. YOU RETAIN THE CUSTOMER.

Love the moose ornament I received. Excellent quality quick turnaround on my order. Very pleased with this Company.

Great ornament got here super fast highly recommend. I love the cruise ship feature that I got I received it quickly and it was wrapped so that nothing would happen or break. Love this company.
