After a highly frustrating experience of trying to find a local company to help with a relatively small job of replacing my parents very old shower unit and bath. A friend recommended Orrell H&P. From start to finish Matt and his team were very professional, courteous, helpful and supportive in solving the challenge before them. My parents now have a beautiful new bath and an amazing shower. Highly recommend Orrell H&P for your projects.

100% would recommend this company. They helped us refit our bathroom following a leak and did everything in 2 days, professional, friendly and nothing is to much trouble.
More recently I've just had a new toilet flush fitted, and again absolutely brilliant service. Great value for money and Matty, Dave and all the team can't do enough. 5 stars from me 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This is a tricky review to write as the actual bathroom that has been fitted is great. Good project management overall although we were told it was a team of people doing the job but in actual fact it was 1 person meaning it took longer than anticipated etc, but the workmanship from the fitter was very good.

Problems arose due to a leak damaging our kitchen floor which was caused by damage to the water pipe being in an awkward position and being turned on and off quite a few times during the fitting.

They were quick to wash their hands
of it and I get they don't want to accept liability, but their communication about this has been awful and I've had to chase for any response. I was given their company directors number to discuss the matter further, but have rang, left message and not received any reply.
All I know is that without the bathroom being fitted and everything that goes along with that I would not have had a leak which has damaged my kitchen floor which I now have to repair out of my own pocket.

So just a warning to bear that in mind, this has taken the shine off what should have been a lovely new bathroom, instead it's caused extra stress and financial burden.

Just had a complete transformation of our bathroom from Orrell Heating and Plumbing and would highly recommend them. Excellent service from start to finish. Ian our fitter was fantastic and went above and beyond to complete our bathroom to a very high standard, we couldn't have asked for better. Thank you to all the team but especially Ian.

This was a significant project involving gutting the 25 year old bathroom completely refurbishing it.
From start to finish the company were polite and responsive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble our fitter Ian was first rate even working at weekends to get the job done and we are absolutely thrilled with the project thank you so much

I have just had a new bathroom fitted by Orrell Heating & Plumbing and the experience was excellent from design through to installation. Simon was helpful and friendly and made the whole design process straight forward. Ian did an excellent job fitting the bathroom, he was extremely hard working and did much more than required suggesting enhancements that made the finished bathroom look fantastic. We are more than happy with the service we received and the finished bathroom looks perfect - many thanks! We would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Very competent and professional young man. Respectful and considerate. He explained very clearly a fault we had on the boiler and resolved the problem. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Just had new main bathroom and en-suite completed. From initial meeting with Simon through to completion the service has been excellent. Ian worked extremely hard and went above and beyond to ensure the finished bathrooms met our expectations. I phoned their office at 13:00 at 15:00 I had a home visit. The next day at 09:00 Jordan( Heating engineer) arrived to fit the boiler. From the very start his competence was evident in the way he set out his tools
(taking care of the property) and carried out his job. Jordan was quiet and knowledgeable and has obviously
had a very good apprenticeship. All and all a very good experience and i would use Orrell Heating and Pluming for the servicing of my boiler.

Phenomenal quick reliable service for our new washing machine that needed to be re-plumbed in as the retailer we bought it from couldn’t do it. Thanks Dave!
