Beautiful silver necklace that will always be a special reminder of my time on Skye. Shipping was very quick and seamless. Excellent experience.

I made an error with my on line purchase and contacted Or. They rectified my error and were so helpful.Thank you.

Brilliant service, item very well wrapped, arrived when said.
Will definitely shops here again.

all as promised

I had trouble getting a product delivered to the US that OR happened to carry, so it was great! I know shipping to the US has become difficult (not my guy), so I appreciate that you know there are plenty of us that are normal!

I’ve purchased many times from Òr to America. I’ve also been to both shops in Portree. There is always so much attention to detail and care shown when packing fragile packages to ship to America. I’ve never received something damaged or broken. The team always writes such thoughtful notes with the package. Genuinely my favorite homeware shop - so beautifully curated!

Really fast delivery, a beautiful delicate quiche that was a really special piece to share with our family during our wedding ceremony. Thank you so much!

I love all the things from this lovely shop. I forever want their items. Also- the packaging and curated beauty is such a bonus,

Beautiful and as pictured. Great shipping to the States!

Fabulous customer service. Original and beautiful items.

This is the second time I've purchased from this lovely shop, and both times they've gone absolutely above and beyond in terms of customer service! If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would--5 for the lovely selection of products and another 5 for all the support they've provided when my first order got lost in the post and when I needed to change my second order to a pickup at the last minute.

Fast service , fantastic product and a great way to keep Skye in our hearts.

We shopped at OR Syke when we visited Skye last Fall from the US. I bought a couple prints which I love very much and they packaged carefully for the trip home. I recently decided to give one as a gift, and really wanted another for myself. I was delighted to find it online (with lots of info too) and be able to order it. It arrived well packaged and beautifully wrapped with a nice note. Thank you!

My order was delivered quickly, each delicate item was individually wrapped and combined in a larger box with packing foam for protection.
Am happy with all the items I got.
