Personally I purchased for my mother as lately she has had some falls and was considering a expensive option. So I said let's try this 1st as it is much lighter on the pennies. I set it up for my mum which was quite technical tbh. Due to arthritis she does find it hard to take off and put on the strap plus the buckle did break after a few days which is a shame as I have owned a similar item for many yrs, so I swaped mine out for her (strap). I got in contact with the seller who was very nice and explained in full how the fall detection works which was very useful. Also the watch power did only last for 24hrs when it is supposed to last longer. But there's caviates to that. Unfortunately I don't think this is the answer for us due to above reasons but customer services were great and kind and I'm sure it could work for those who don't have the issues my mother does. And I purchased it due to the price and was thinking if it isn't right it's only £12 that has been lost. Other devices are more costly with a monthly cost so it was worth trying. But my mother's safety is important so we will probably need to go that route.

I ordered a Postpartum Belly Wrap on 12 November and received a notification that the product has been delivered on 22 November. The proof of delivery obviously showed the wrong door. It took me a long time to figure out which door it was and unfortunately it was a vacant house for sale at the moment (so there's no way for us get access to it). After liaising with the CS, refund or redelivery is not accepted. Didn't receive the product at all so I can't comment on the quality

Ordered a backrest pillow for my wife. It arrived vacuum packed and was not even close to what was shown on the website. Poor quality synthetic fabric and offered no support at all.

I have been emailing asking for a refund but no response.

The worst quality of goods I have ever seen worst than shit still waiting on a refund

Foolishly I didn't check here first before ordering a travel neck pillow.

It took a few weeks to hear from Orthopulse that it was on its way, with a typical tracking system.

Received an email stating that it was delivered yesterday afternoon, but no sign of it at my door nor with my neighbours. Interestingly, unlike reliable sellers/couriers there was no photographic evidence.

I sent an email yesterday using one of their emails to me advising me of the status of the product so they had the order number etc - no reply, not even an Out Of Office one. I sent another today - still no reply, not even in spam box

2 months on, I have not received the item I paid for, nor received any answers to my emails

I would rate this zero stars if possible. They are a scam

After initially thinking the company had made a mistake in my order I complained via email. The replies were always courteous and relevant.
A second item was sent to me based on my information.
I then realised the mistake was mine and I was at fault. This process took several weeks but the end result is I have the product ordered which seems to work fine. And the company have generously said I can keep the spare as well.

should have checked first the reviews. I wanted to cancel the item that i have ordered but they still have it delivered. what a waste of time!

Ordered carbon monoxide monitor.
Wrong unit supplied . Absolute rubbish l’d be dead with readings it gave. Sent photos to prove faulty and wrong unit which they denied. Came from china, return would have been to France so ended up accepting 60% refund and putting it in the bin. Customer services just rebuffed everything and lied. Tried to write review on their site but won’t upload so they block bad reviews.

I bought two Orthopedic Baby Cushion. It took a long time to arrive, when it eventually did, I felt really cheated. The quality was poor, it was thin and small.

The worst experience is when I requested a refund and they wouldnt refund, instead they tried to provide other items to offset and used resending packing cost all the way to France as an impediment. None of this is published on their website so they hide the actual refund process and trick people to purchase and then it's too late as they got your money. I have all the emails to prove my case. Whatever happens a warning to all customers: aviod them as they cheated me from my money for false advertised goods.

This is a dropshipping store. If you take screenshots and try to find similar items on Aliexpress, you’ll find these items but 5 times cheaper

The Norton security warns this is a suspect site - cancelled my credit card just in case, when the ankle protector did arrive it was too small and did not look very good quality and it also took nearly 2 weeks to be delivered. Avoid like the plague.

Scam company. Purchased a heated blanket for my grandfather. No confirmation email but money was taken from my account. When contacting them they were unable to find my order and claimed that the only way they could locate it was with my email address which they had not record of. They said that they were unable to find my order by searching for delivery address or transaction details. Unable to provide me with a phone number to speak with an actual person or head office and CEO details. Email responses were dodgy with no email signatures or company branding (just from Emma). Screams scam. Do not buy from this service

Sucked in by a good offer.

Bought ankle supports, initial use of the product was okay, followed guidelines with cleaning on website, admittedly using a 'strong' soap when hand washing, they fell apart. Including the stitching which I felt shouldn't have come apart like the adhered neoprene.

Used this style of support previously from a different company, much more hard wearing than this and coped with washing in the same fashion.

This support is okay, providing you don't use it frequently or have sweaty appendages when it needs cleaning. As following complaint I was told I should have just used warm water, not great for the sweat smell.

Do not buy from this company!! The minute I found out it was a subscription product I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. No response has ever been received despite returning the item unopened to France. Copy documents including all emails and proof of posting have resulted in absolutely no response or refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! If I could give a minus rating I would. Bought what was advertised as ‘heated’ gloves, gloves arrive no obvious way of heating. Emails back and forth to enquire on how to heat said gloves - they are in fact thermal gloves, not heated (same gloves on Temu for less than £4, paid £51 for 2 pairs in this sites ‘sale’). The responses from them are laughable - trying to explain heated as the definition of thermal, trying to say the customer reviews on their site that talk about ‘battery life’ are referring to how long the gloves retain body heat, not referencing a power source 🙈🙈 I despair! There is no other way you can use the word battery but yet they try, and fail, to explain it away. Have raised bank query in the hope of getting my money back from them. Website is so believable I had no incline it was a scam, and I’m normally quite savvy about these things (although admittedly have been scammed twice in the same period - they are getting almost undetectable). To use a site like this to scam people when they are buying equipment to help ease their physical pain just goes to a new level of low. How do these people sleep at night!

I purchased hearing aid from this company I’ve had them 3 and half months they charge up but they are dead when you try to use them..
I contacted the company and they are not willing to to do anything about them which I think is very poor so think long and hard before you purchase from them..
I am very disappointed at their response to my email be careful………
