Absolutely shocking experience. Item took weeks to arrive, and once received it doesn't work properly. 80% of the features don't work. Asked for help or money back but no response. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Inferior product. No customer service response. Lost my money. AVOID OR LOOSE MONEY. It’s that simple

Absolute bunch of scammers. Shame you can't do a minus rating. Shoddy inferior products which they refused to accept returns for until pressed , then made me pay £12.40 to use tracked postage to the address in Paris which they provided, which then turns out to be a fictitious address. ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS FRAUDSTERS. I do not know how companies like this continue to get away with constant breaking of the law.

Bad quality products. You have to pay postage to send them back so returns are not free like most companies these days. Very bad customer service! I had to send three emails to get the return instructions because they were trying to sell me the product when I made it clear I wanted the instructions and that I was very unhappy.

3 weeks gone by and still waiting delivery. I, like so many others, thought this was a UK company (Co.uk email) but it's not. After reading other reviews not hopeful of delivery or even quality of product. AVOID

Purchased a Guardian Time Smartwatch and was sent a cheap plastic toy with no charger and no readable instructions (written in -10 font with no charging instructions) obviously couldn't connect via Bluetooth with phone so completely unusable. This company address is France despite being named Orthopulse UK. Mis represents itself and send out cheap tat. Avoid.
I asked for a full refund. Will update here if I actually get one. But right now...this is direct service!!!!

Pretending to be a uk site and then a French postal address but it's a Chinese company.

They didn't send what I ordered and have failed to reply to my many emails

Where do I start - shocking, poor quality , non existent customer service.
I wanted to return an item as then stitching was loose and the cushion was not fit for purpose. They fobbed me off. I am in the process of going through the ombudsman - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Guardian time smartwatch. Ordered o8 09 2025 from advert showing 7 in srock. (Unfortunately committed to say stock kept in China!) At 28 Sept stock still showing 7. In addition this misleading advert on their own website shows post dated 5 star reviews dated 11 Oct 2025, 23 November 2025 and Dec 6th 2025
Watch arrived 22 Sept, bin being a good place for it. Instructions for use in such small print, impossible to read , even with magnifying glass. AVOID this company at all costs.

UK is misleading as is the email with .co.uk. They offer delivery within 5 days. It's all lies. They are in China. If you need orthopedic products go somewhere else. They have refused to cancel my order or refund despite it being ' in transit' who knows where, weeks after I was conned into believing it was UK stock.

At last, a soft crop top type bra that doesn't roll up or you have to keep adjusting. This rather odd looking garment is soft and stays in place. It is long enough to go below the waistband and stays in place all day. I love it.

DO NOT USE FAKE TOOK MONEY NO PRODUCT

This company seems to have a "sale" that is miraculously ending that day, every day. I ordered some compression ankle braces, the money came out of my account, but I never received an email confirmation of my order. After many emails, customer service eventually found my order and the braces have arrived. The quality seems ok, but this is not a trustworthy website.

Was sent a whole page email from DANIEL how to make adjustments to THEIR product to ease the discomfort.
After 2 more emails was finally offered a return or 40% refund.
To date nothing, that was 11.09.25. Left with items of no use to me
I would NOT advise anyone to buy their products.

Had to give one star to write my review or else it would be none. Ordered gloves from this company weeks ago and they weren’t cheap. I thought it was a Uk company as that’s what it states, but it’s in China. Looking at the tracking my order has been in so many places over the last few weeks I’m confused. Still nowhere near N. Ireland where I live. This has went on for weeks now, avoid this company. If I do receive them they will probably be cheap tat, even though I paid 16 pounds for them. Never again, avoid peeps.

Product took ages to arrive. Has a European plug so not useable. No response to emails

Dreadful company as so many other good people have written who purchased from them in good faith like I did. I have emailed this company many times to no avail as they never respond. If you call them it's in France and a recorded message in French. I have now contacted the UK international consumer centre UKICC for further advice. Considering this company are based in France and not as their web and emai, addresses would have you believe , in the UK. There is another place based in France who you can report them to. But apparently is all in French and you have to writeg to them in French. Calling Google translate then !

They selling cheap Chinese stuff plus then You want to return stuff u must pay by yourself 15£ and address that they gaved me is empty field is nothing exist

Ordered a neck support pillow on 8/9 quote 3-5 day delivery. Not here - just told to wait.
