Extra Customs charges not made clear!

While we adore the scents of Orto Parisi they could do far more to make it clearer to UK customers that a £40 customs charge will be slapped on to their order by FedEx or other courriers. They do mention the charge on the shipping page but it is not flagged explicitly and I assume most buyers would miss this text. For example, on the shipping checkout the first paragraph says:

'We offer free shipping to the following countries Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.'

And then thy only mention the customs detail several paragraphs later. Why not mention this charge explicitly in the paragraph above, or give you an *alert* if you're a UK customer?

We won't buy from them again.

I ordered Megamare on Friday, and to my absolute astonishment, it arrived today! I am still in awe of how seamless and elegant the entire experience was. From the first moment I opened the parcel, I felt like I was stepping into another world; one defined by craftsmanship, beauty, and intention.

And then there’s Megamare… what can I possibly say? It’s a nuclear masterpiece in the best sense; an oceanic explosion that awakens something primal and transcendent. It’s bold, meditative, and profoundly emotional. I have never experienced a scent that feels so alive, so raw, and so divine all at once.

To the team and to Alessandro Gualtieri, thank you. You’ve created not just a fragrance, but an experience: one that speaks to the soul. I am utterly in love with this perfume house. Orto Parisi is, without question, my new favorite.

Shipping was ultra fast, and the whole unboxing experience was amazing as well as the perfume. Came with 4 (2 extra) samples plus a sick tote bag and some other stuff... Wil defintely be buying again in the future :)
