I ordered one standing fan fan from this company. And it’s been 20 days never received any response or update messages.

Scam site!!! Stay clear!! I never read the reviews before purchasing and it’s been nearly a month and no items! Customer service number doesn’t work and the emails get rejected! Got to wait 30 days until my bank are able to return the money to me.

Avoid this fraudulent company. They are in no way legitimate. You will never receive your goods and as others have advised they are not contactable.

One star awarded as there is no option to give zero.
The website appears legitimate. I ordered a portable air conditioner and payment was taken, with promised delivery in 3 days.
The item did not arrive and I subsequently received an email indicating the item was being 'prepared' then another saying it had been 'dispatched'. There has been no further communication from the company, who have proved impossible to contact.
All emails I have sent have bounced, and the telephone number provided does not work.
This is in keeping with the pattern described by others in their reviews.
NB My bank advised that when taking payment in full for the item ordered Orvi multiservices had, without my knowing, set up a process whereby they could take future payments from my card without specific authorisation. I do not consider this to be the behaviour of a legitimate trader.
I would strongly advise anyone unfortunate to have made payment to contact their bank to block any further payments.

I am currently pursuing refund through my bank card provider.

This site is a SCAM.ORDERS not delivered. No response to emails or telephone. BEWARE!

Complete scam, item never arrived, impossible to contact the company. Have needed to claim the money back via my credit card.

AVOID – item never arrived and impossible to contact

I ordered a Prem-i-Air 18” High Velocity Pedestal Fan (EH5804) from Orvi Multi Services on 4 August 2026. Payment was taken and I subsequently received a series of automated emails supposedly updating me on the progress of my order.

The fan has never arrived.

What is particularly concerning is that the automated emails did not even appear to follow a logical order. I received notification that the order was out for delivery before another automated email saying it was still being prepared for dispatch. Despite being told it had been dispatched/delivered, no tracking number or verifiable courier information was provided.

We have cameras at the property and can confirm that no delivery was made.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the company. Emails to the contact email address bounce back as undeliverable. The telephone number does not get you through to anyone and the voicemail/mailbox is full. There has been absolutely no response or meaningful communication.

Once payment was taken, I have effectively had no way of contacting the seller.

Having subsequently looked much more closely at the website and seen reports from other customers describing remarkably similar experiences – goods not arriving, emails bouncing and telephone contact being unsuccessful – I am extremely concerned about the legitimacy of this website.

In my experience, the automated order emails appear to create the impression that an order is progressing through picking, packing, dispatch and delivery, yet my item never arrived and I have been provided with no evidence that it was ever actually sent.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this website to exercise extreme caution.

I am now pursuing recovery of the payment through my bank/card provider.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller under any circumstances.

Charged for two fans which never arrived… email to company bounced back! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY contacted my bank and they have refunded me I hope this scammer gets charged back!!!

Avoid at all costs! This is a scam. I ordered a Bosch air conditioner. Received email to say order was confirmed and a few others to say processed and dispatched. Never received tracking etc. If you email them then they bounce back. I got refunded via my card company

Unfortunately I placed an order before any of the previous reviews existed. Took my money and obviously didn't send the product. The email address bounces back, the phone number on the site is a mobile that doesn't answer. The company name on my statement is completely different and location also different. Don't get scammed like me.

This is a scam company avoid like the plague.

This is a fake company, scam. They will take a payment for something and that is the last you will see of it. AVOID.

Payment went through on my statement as 'Danil Tours' which is a totally different company with the same looking website.

Scam website. Foolishly though they had an air conditioner in stock with no one else has. No contact from company either using their phone or emails (emails bounced back).
