Great service as usual, we upgraded the bin compactor at our hotel to the new type and I must say it's even better than the old one, crushes better and much more user friendly.

Our company started with a baler rental and were so pleased with the service that we upgraded to a purchase. Area Sales Manager Tony O'Brien took great care of us, answering questions promptly and personally making sure every detail was taken care of, and we also had good support from National Sales Manager Melissa Phillips and Olly from their service department. Great product and competent, cheerful people supporting it—we'll be back for more.

I've had a baler from these guys for a few years now and all i have to say is i wish i didn't bother. The machine is only really for the laziest of lazy as it doesn't really compress boxes any flatter than if you just flatpack them yourself. By the time you actually do the strapping and try and bale the cardboard too it really doesn't save time which is why i got it. Got in touch to see if they'd take back but basically was told no unless i paid off the 5 year contract. I don't see why they wouldn't take back rather than having an unhappy customer having to pay for a further 3 years for a machine that they don't want. They were really good to deal with at the start to be fair but just wish they could take back without a massive charge.

I cannot recommend Tony O’Brien at Orwak Easi highly enough. From start to finish, Tony has been absolutely brilliant in helping us arrange a baler trial, site visit, multiple quotes, and various changes along the way.

His customer service has been outstanding; always prompt with emails, quick to resolve any questions, and incredibly helpful both remotely and during in-person visits. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and everything has been handled efficiently and professionally.

It’s been a genuinely positive experience working with Tony, and we’re really looking forward to continuing our relationship with Orwak Easi. A great service backed by someone who clearly cares about doing things properly.

Glenda (Consumables Manager) is an absolute superstar and such a credit to Orwak. There have been some issues with couriers delivering our consumables lately - this is no fault of Orwak's, rather a failure by the courier to plan accordingly for the busy period.

Glenda has kept us fully up to date with all developments and spent countless hours, if not days, chasing up missing orders that the couriers failed to deliver. Thank you so much, Glenda. Your help has been massively appreciated.

We have recently replaced 2 x balers from Orwak, we had some really old balers in place. Melissa and Danny came down to site and explained everything, quoted us for some replacements which were like for like and recommended a different baler to our current which was a great idea. Balers have today been installed on site as planned and only took a few hours. Very pleased with the service and the contact from Orwak. Would certainly recommend.

We used to pay for cardboard bins in our depot since having our Orwakeasi compactor we now sell bales of cardboard for recycling, Orwak have been a great help with installation, maintenance and training.
