On the product page there are multiple photos of the product including photos with them being worn so you can see what they look like on. These are photos taken of exactly the same product you received so I am not sure how you can say they don't match the picture at all.

The product, and I arriving in time. I wasn't too happy about finding your overseas after I purchased it. I dont have a problem shopping at shein and temu and other but they gave tracking that worked and a pretty accurate delivery date . As we ship worldwide we have a number of distribution centres across Asia and Europe to ensure the items are getting to our customers as soon as possible.
The tracking we use should keep you up to date of when the item is dispatched and then updates along the way with a link that you can check the progress at anytime. If your tracking link was not working I am sorry and you can reach out to our customer service team at anytime to rectify the issue.
The shipping timing on our website is a guide and usually the worse case to make sure it accounts for any logistical issues on the shipping companies end. Our standard shipping to the UK is 7-12 business days and you received yours within 10 business days.
