We hired OSSMedia after thorough discussion with them to develop Magento site for us. Now I feel OSSMedia is the best outsourcing company we have worked with till now. They have delivered the website within stipulated time-frame and with all the requirements implemented in the site. They always responded quickly to our queries 24*7.

I have been working with OSSMedia from few months now and can only say that they really have a good level of talented team working for them. Throughout the development process they have shown great dedication towards the minute specifications of the website. I was easily able to communicate them with the requirements in a fast and effective way. I would highly recommend OSS media for drupal development projects and would really like to work with them again.

It is quiet impressive how OSS media understands exactly what I needed for my business. It knows how to apply the strategies according to the guidelines of the company. I am very much satisfied with the quality of work that they have delivered with a clear and error-free website. It surely will gain a special position in the Magento development.

To be honest, the first time I signed up for the Magento development services of OSSMedia, I was a skeptical about the outsourcing process. But all my concerns were soon put to rest. I was able to personally interact with the developers throughout the process and the website was delivered as promised.

There had been times when outsourcing my Magento development projects turned out to be nightmares. Most of the times, the deadlines were missed and the project went above the budget. Regardless to mention OSSMedia Ltd, is certainly a well qualified team of professional developers. Apart from this that makes them desirable is their responsiveness to changing needs of the project. They have shown a great deal of patience through out the project. Well done!

It seemed to be too good to be true...and it was. We had a terrible experience with OSSMedia / Xicom (their 'parent' company who we paid).

OSSmedia were hired to do some dev work but instead damaged our web site, deleting data without permission and then denied it (they replaced files, deleted files, modified files etc, all without permission - they had no need or authority to do that. This caused sections of the web site to cease functioning and a permanent loss of data.

They repeatedly said it wasn't them, even though the server logs showed their login, their IP address and the actual FTP actions they performed! Their vandalism is documented publicly elsewhere but Trustpilot does not permit external links. We paid upfront for the work but they never delivered the code to us; they refused to honour their moneyback 100% satisfaction guarantee saying that they cannot offer a refund once the work has commenced... seriously ?

They are either incompetent or dishonest, or both, but either way they admitted or apologized for nothing. We just wasted weeks and set back our project, causing further loss and inconvenience.

Note, they are all in India not the USA; their US address is not their true location, so the US courts are no use in suing them.

Note, we have no negative reviews on any of our own brands/companies right now; watch for a 'sudden coincidental spike' following this posting :-) After we posted this review, 'someone' complained to Trustpilop about it, so Trustpilot suspended it until we provided them with the background info/evidence, and they have now reinstated it, so you can read it and see what happened to us.

I collaborated with OSSMedia only after trying working with two other Drupal development firms. And I was astounded by the services they provided. Their development team is highly qualified and the turnaround is quick. I got my Drupal customization done within the promised timeframe. The support services also impressed me.
