The bulbasaur I bought for my partner was so cute and she loved it. It truly sits just like the ads show it. Very happy with this purchase!
The box did come a little squished but no damage to the product at all.

Customer service deserves a pay raise!
My package was first sent and marked undeliverable, then destroyed. Not great. But when I reached out to customer service they sent a new package and we tracked down where the delivery issue was. Otaku customer service then re-routed the package through a different carrier to an alternative address. The package arrived safely and undamaged. Instead of doing a refund and washing their hands of the issue, "Sorry, we cant get you your items", they helped me by solving the issue. 5 out of 5 stars, zero complaints!

I absolutely love my Night LED lights of Luffy, Ace, Nico Robin and Tony Tony Chopper. They are so beautiful when they’re lit up together. I’m in awe and I adore them. Shipping was great and the package came in very secured. I would definitely buy again but also looking to see if other characters will be added to the Night LED Figure set.

The laps are good but the only problem is that they do not communicate with you a lot !! They do not answer a lot !!

Hi Maria,
Thank you for the 4-star review and for sharing your feedback! 😊
We’re thrilled you’re happy with the lamps/lights themselves – that’s what matters most! I’m really sorry we haven’t gotten back to your email from yesterday (sent at 23:22 GMT) yet. As a UK-based team, we’re usually on top of things during business hours, but it looks like this one slipped through – no excuses, we’ll do better!
Thanks again for your order and for letting us know – your input helps us improve!
Best regards,
Otaku Studio
