I was disappointed with the water mat…
I was disappointed with the water mat one of my kids bit in to it straight away and it opened and all the water and beads went everywhere. I would have expected it to last considering it’s for autistic kids with sensory needs

So Helpful and Genuine
Shopped with Otavo at the recent South East Autism Fair and loved the amazing selection of Sensory products, weighted items (especially the weighted elephants), fidgets etc the had with them on the day.
I bought several items, and the quality is brilliant, what was great was speaking to Tina I think her name was about what chewables would best suit my son, they were so helpful. Deffo shopping with them again very soon.
Have recommended them to all my friends.

recently inquired about an item that wasn't available and the following customer service was fantastic the business went about sourcing the product and got it for me with frequent updates.
