Amazing experience
If you live in Canada and are hesitant about ordering because of the language barrier, don't worry! Wonderful experience with Ottica Occhiblu. I've been hunting for a specific pair of Off White glasses and purchased through Occhiblu. Only took a week to arrive and very well packaged! Even with exchange and shipping it was cheaper than anywhere I found in Can or US. Thank you Occhiblu!

I can't read Italian so I don't know what you are asking.
I can't read Italian but if you are asking about my experience it was fine. I took a chance because I am having trouble finding colorful found frames and yours are perfect. The color is fantastic. And they arrived across the Atlantic very quickly. I have one question -- do the frames come with a warranty? Does it apply because my local optician will grind the lenses? Thank you.

Everything is as stated :) I've wanted a specific pair of frames and Occhiblu was the only one that had them still. Express delivery delivered on point and I am beyond happy! Also the package came safe and sound and the glasses box was wrapped like a gift :D 10/10

I’ve bought three pairs of sunglasses…
I’ve bought three pairs of sunglasses from this company. Two Off-whites and a pair of Pradas. After my second purchase I received an email stating I would receive an extra carrying case with a third purchase as part of a loyalty program. After ordering it took two weeks for them to ship the sunglasses and after inquiring they responded by saying they were not in stock, and had to be ordered. After finally receiving the item it never came with the carrying case that was promised. I emailed support and never received a response. The glasses they sell are authentic and come directly from Italy however I would expect as a loyal customer that their customer service would be much better never receiving an apology or a response to fulfill what was promised.

Product was as advertised, but shipping took much longer than initially stated and communication was inconsistent. They did let me know the shipping would be delayed, but multiple follow ups as to how long a delay and requests for shipping updates were ignored.
