What a great website and fantastic products. We ordered men’s jammers for swimming and they were too small, but they were fantastic. The texture. The design were exactly what was pictured on the site. It ended up that we were going to return it and then order a hoodie. Wow the best customer service ever. I emailed them for return and they were just amazing helpful, and wanted to ensure you were satisfied. It was crazy. Carrie Lester from OSTO was so understanding and continued to assist in the ordering return just so incredible even followed up at the end to let me know that my replacement was on its way. You don’t find that kind of customer service too much anymore so great company to do business with.

Can't get ahold of anyone in customer support.

Seriously, Demosphere is a lifesaver for the Lexington Soccer Association. Having registration, team assignments, and all our email communication in one place just cuts down on the chaos. Plus, the custom reporting is huge—it gives our board real data on finances and growth, which is way better than guessing. They really listen to feedback, and their support team is always quick to jump in. We're saving time, making smarter decisions, and our members are happier. Couldn't ask for a better partner.

The Demosphere - system is easy to understand and use. The support team is very helpful and listens to their customers' requests and is always working to improve the navigation of the system, additional and improved reports. They have great resources to refer to and their live support is very helpful and friendly.
We have been using the system for a little over a year now and the more we use the more we like it and options it has to offer. This has been a great management tool for our league.

We have been with Demosphere for over 14 years and have never changed our platform even with new competitors in the marketplace. We have a new beautifully designed website that went live this year. Their user-friendly registration tools simplified the signup process and with integrated risk management, we've ensured a safe environment for our players. Scheduling has never been easier and with their new scheduling features I can now track all of our field loading across our platforms in one place instead of using separate spreadsheets. The powerful communication tools and integrated mobile app have kept everyone connected and engaged. Demosphere is the complete package!
