Worst products. Nothing matches what they show on the site. The quality is so bad and their customer service is even worse.

They sent a tv cabinet with patches in the paint, the legs uneven and the weave on the doors, had paint all over it, and were all installed crooked.

Their customer service keeps saying they are sending someone to fix it. The people who come to fix it, says they can’t fix the weave. The paint repair they did has made it worse. And they won’t send anyone to repair it or pick it up and return my money now.

Never buy from them

Polishing is cheap quality. Horrible finish. Product received with polish chipped, bubbles of polish and pen marks below the painted surface. Product looks like it’s been bought from a scrap dealer

I have purchased 6 dining chairs from ouch cart. The tops of the back of two chairs are visibly cracked. Made of several block of wood and miserably joined. Inferior quality wood and to hide it the have coloured it with orange dye and then polish. The polishing is horribly poor.
The allure showing good pictures but the material and finish are awfully poor.

I had ordered for a centre table with a photo sent to their business whatsapp account. But they have sent me totally different inferior one. On communication they bend upon saying these two are same. Don't they pick up phone or revert to my grievance. I have paid Rs 124000 for it, fully wasted. Actually they are exploiting the distance with the customer ( I being from kolkata) and online model.i have sent the pictures to them through mail
No reply. Ask them to replace. Still silent.

They promised a classy small dog sofa worth 10000 rupees and the product I received was no where similar to the one they advertised on their website. They sent me a crap like tiny sofa. People like these should be legally penalised. In the name of online shopping they are literally looting people’s hard earned money.

I bought a chair from Ouch Kart I received a defective piece the legs were not balanced and the finishing poor I am unable to use the chair they refused to exchange or take back the chair as they said the defect is minor, please be extremely cautious when you purchase from this vendor

You sell products online because you like chaos. That must be it. Because why else would you take someone's hard-earned money, promise them the moon, and then hand-deliver a rock wrapped in tinfoil? Really—what's the game here? You show us shiny pictures, fancy descriptions and then send us a bargain-bin knockoff that looks like it crawled out of a clearance bin.

And then—then!—you vanish. No updates, no apologies, just radio silence while the customer is out here playing Sherlock Holmes trying to track down a missing package and a missing conscience. You think this is customer service? No. This is customer sabotage.
And when I do finally call, your team is laughing in the background? I am here for what I paid for not to feel embarrassed to ask when you delayed the delivery by two extra weeks and didn’t feel any need to inform. Then you sell bad cheap products and charge 25-30 thousand like it’s peanuts.

Let me be clear: you’re not doing me a favor by sending what I bought. I gave you money—actual money, and I expected honesty. Integrity. A tiny sliver of human decency.

So no, it’s not just bad business. It’s bad manners. And frankly? It’s shameful. Shame on you for treating customers like we’re disposable. You’ve failed—not just as a company, but as decent people.

Their is no star for them, such a pathetic service and product quality, i don't know how people are getting fooled like me. Please do not buy their product i had received a full damaged product (in transit damage) and till date they have not replaced a chair. Rest of the products they sent one carpenter and did eye wash. After paying so much its really not worth the money. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.

It’s a total big scam . Don’t understand how such thieves are still permitted to run scam websites . Their website should be shut down . They make their relatives and alike friends write 5 star reviews so foolish people are fooled . Don’t buy even if you see 90% discount . It’s a low standard scam dandha.

Ouch Cart is a fraud company- buyers beware!!!!
The positive reviews are paid to generate good image- but are untrue.

I had placed order for this product on 12th Jan, and received the product (after a LOT of follow up calls, messages, 90% of which were not answered) on 8th March. And the product received looks NOTHING like the website.
1. No solid wood, and no solid metal legs. Top is cheap quality board, and legs are hollow pipes
2. It does not have a vintage brass finish, it is cheap painted grey/silverish pipes with visible welding joints
3. The metal plate design/ornamentation is different, and a low quality imitation
4. The product is so poor quality and of cheap material, that it can be lifted with one's single pinky finger- not worth more than Rs. 2-3000 instead of the Rs.15000 price tag.

Please save your hard-earned money and do not give business to this brand.

Stay away from this online furniture store. It’s a scam – the products they deliver look nothing like the photos on their website. The reference images are completely misleading. What you get isn’t just poor quality; it’s a totally different item from what you ordered. Technically, they complete the delivery, but because the product is not what was advertised, they refuse to offer a refund. If you don’t want to waste your money and end up with a disaster instead of the furniture you expected, avoid them at all costs.

This is a team of fraudsters who have bought themselves a bunch of positive reviews. In reality, they don’t do what they claim on their website. They don’t just steal your money—they pretend to make something, but what they deliver looks nothing like what you ordered. I received a table from them with black-and-white lines painted on instead of being inlaid with bone as advertised. I refused to accept the delivery, but they still haven’t refunded my money. Stay away and avoid them!

Absolutely horrendous product. I had high hopes when ordering a vanity cupboard for my wife as it looked pretty. It came with mirror shattered , led broken, all corners damaged, cracks in the wood, sticky drawers. Just to name a few.

I would advice people never ever to buy anything from ouchcart.

On 19th June 24, I placed an order for the Bouldin Console Table.
I Am an Architect and I ordered it for my own home.
I had a lot of exceptions for the piece of furniture, as it fitted so well with my room size and design aesthetic.
I also showed in my office saying that you have some good pieces and if they deliver a good product, we may have a good vendor.
I received it on Monday 15th July 24 .
Called a carpenter to unpack today, and after unpacking it's just not the same detail as shown in the images.
Immediately conveyed the same to the whats app number I was coordinating with.
And as expected the response was to write a EMail.

Please find below all the issues which are not as per the visuals or the design that is shown on your website.

(1 ) The image approved by me has a wooden Top , the piece I received has no wooden top, but a shoddily painted top with brush strokes visible. ( Check Video )

( 2 ) The legs in the image are tapering towards the bottom, the legs here are square in shape .

( 3 ) The thickness of the lower shelf is at least 20 mm , the thickness of the lower shelf in what I received is 15 mm and its already bending from the centre.

( 4 ) None of the shutters are smoothly finished , they are not even sandpapered, just horribly painted over

( 5 ) The shutters in the image are slightly inside to the outer frame, the shutter in the product I received are in line with the outer frame , thus lending no finesse to the product.

Overall a very shoddily finished product.

As mentioned earlier Iam an Architect and I head Infinitti Design Studios in Mumbai.
We do a lot of high end residences and this is not the first time we have ordered furniture online.
But this product, especially its finishing, is so disappointing.
It's just not as per the image shown , which amounts to cheating.
Requesting you to Kindly look into the same, and revert with a phone call for way forward.

If you can't do anything, kindly take the product back and refund the payment.
