Sent an enquiry to view a property via the website completed the enquiry as requested via email so far so good.

Then after calling the letting agents for an update twice as heard nothing back was told both times once my application is reviewed I would get a phone call with dates and times to arrange the viewing.

Had absolutely no contact from them only to find out through my own searching that this property was no longer up for let they didn't have the decency to call me and let me know.

One thing is for sure I wouldn't let a house from these guys because if they can't be bothered with potential tenants god knows how they are treated after contracts are signed.

We used this company to sell our property earlier this year. They kept us informed of the appointments and where in the process the viewers were, on the market, sold SSTC. They provided accompanied viewings but we were more than happy to show people around ourselves. Once sold we were well supported and kept informed throughout the legal process. They were able to recommend a solicitor who was efficient and did the work in a short time. They were always professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process always willing to help sort out our problems and anxieties at a moments notice.
