I was seen at Ourmeds today with a foot injury. I thoughts the nurse was rude and treated me like a drug seeker. I told her the physician said he would write an anti-inflammatory. She brought me a prescription for naproxen, I have Gerd and gastritis, no one asked me if there are some meds you can't take. She said I will just throw it away, rather than go back and consult the doctor for something else. I feel this was because I was a black female as a nurse myself I was strongly offended. I usually go when the other physician is there. I will do so in the future if I return at all.

I found a medication I had used for years, no longer available in Australia, on the Our Medications web page. I ordered some and was told I had paid $51. Contrary to this, my bank statement told me that $60.84 had been deducted. Also contrary to their information, I did not receive any email confirmation of the order. I could not find any 'my order' tab on the web page. I used the web page to send inquiries on three separate occasions but no reply has been received. A 'personal support' web address quoted on the page did not work. The last message I sent requested a cancellation of the order and a refund of the money.
