Purchase process was smooth and efficient. Delivery was very fast (within 3 business days). Email updates on the progress of delivery was good peace of mind and actual delivery date/time was accurate allowing me to organise to be home to take collection.

Fantastic experience, I bought a Gentrax 3.5 kw generator at a great price on a Saturday and received it in Central Queensland on the Wednesday! Plenty of communication throughout the buying process and the website is excellent. I highly recommend Outbax.

Lithium Battery
Prompt service and easy to understand specifications for the battery. When I contacted staff via phone they were helpful but did only reiterate what was in the written data. I do not think she had actual experience or knowledge of the difference between your lithium batteries but at least I was not misled so I was happy with that.
