Bought a pool and it arrived less than 48 hours later. With so many companies inflating prices during lockdown it was refreshing to buy from a company that kept the price fair and were so efficient with delivery. Highly recommend.

Ordered a ladies bike through Amazon. The description must have been poor because when it arrived it was a small girls bike so didn't open packaging. Emailed to explain that I wanted to return it. They said they would charge £14.99. Started return and saw that in fact it would cost £29.99. So decided to send it using Parcel Force which cost me £15.30.
Bike got picked up and confirmed delivery on 3 June.
No refund yet. Emailed them and they are still waiting confirmation from their warehouse.
10 June still no refund?
Not very happy with there customer service.
In the mean time have bought 3 more bikes from ebay delivered from Germany.

Trust worthy company who were so helpful and made my experience of buying my first electric bike so easy.
I contacted customer support and within days my bike was in my home.
The customer support team are outstanding, really took their time in answering all my questions about which bike would suit my needs.
I would recommend this company to everyone wanting clear easy advise. I've already told a friend about them & now she's looking at a bike from them.

The bike arrived....and it's absolutely beautiful... it's everything I could have wished for.
Stylish yet still oddly feminine in a way even through its a folding mountain bike.
You really do not know what this means to me....when I finish my night shifts at 7.15am and making my way home up the hilly streets of Bristol this will be a pleasurable task for me.
You really have enabled me to continue working and get home in under the hour it normally takes me walking.

Bought an electric bike from E bikes direct and it had a minor problem. Darren at e bikes could not have been more helpful. A new part was put in the post immediately and the bike is fixed. I would recommend them very highly.

I had to replace my stolen bike and during covid lockdown it was hard to find something reasonably priced... I was lucky enough to find a great deal on a Dawes Sonoran - seemed it was the last one in stock of a 2018 model. Firstly it arrived incredibly quickly so great work from the team dispatching as well as the courier. I assembled it that evening and took it out for a ride yesterday. Great smooth, light and comfortable bike! Very pleased.But can't rave enough about the seamless, fast and informed experience of shopping with e-bikesdirect outlet. Thank you!

I’ve been looking for a bike since the beginning of lockdown and to be honest I was really anxious of buying a bike (which is not always cheap) on websites that I never heard of. But with Argos being unavailable and Halfords being ridiculously expensive I thought I’ll give a try and buy a bike from e-bikes direct. It’s fair to say that I’ve never been so happy with my purchase! Obviously with my luck there was a missing screw but the guys sent me a replacement within 24hours from emailing them. Love the bike and love the customer service who sorted my issue immediately and knowing how busy they are these days this is something I really appreciate. Thank you again!!! Laura

Basis Osprey Folding Low Step Electric Bike 14AH

This is a well made E_bike with a really good kick of power when required. I’m 63 years old and I have been cycling since I was a lad. This bike is the business, good gearing and will assist me up any hill or into any headwinds without fail. Before lockdown I was regularly cycling 30+ miles per day. I’m 14stone in weight and when I was recovering from a chest infection I used the bike with full power for 36miles over steep climbs and had half my battery life in reserve when I returned.
The delivery was when they stated exactly as on the invoice. This was great but the after service was even better, I inadvertently broke a component on my bike and after requesting to buy a replacement they insisted on sending me a free replacement as soon as possible. I can definitely recommend this company for anyone wishing to by a new e-bike presently. Well done e-bikes direct I can only wish you all the very best in the future. Stay safe all. I’m giving a 5star and recommending . My problem was resolved immediately , all emails were answered straight away , I was offered a refund or replacement which I accepted arrived in3days ! Happy customer will be using them again

Ordered two folding bikes from them, arrived a day earlier than estimated.

Unfortunately there was a couple of bits of cosmetic damage on them which looked like it had happened in transit.

I spoke with Glen from customer service and he very quickly arranged for the new parts to be sent as requested!

This is the the first time I have been sent a used item there are scuff marks all over the car. I cannot give this to my son for his birthday. Appalling behaviour from a company

This is a review about E-Bikes Direct, not the bike that I purchased. That is for another place. I ordered a new Road Bike on Tuesday 28/04 around 11am my new bike arrived around 11am on Thursday 30/04. No problems no issues absolutely 100% satisfied with this unbelievable service. Received an order confirmation email, a despatch confirmation email, the day after bike arrived. Impossible to top that, highly recommended. By the way the bike is spot on as well just thought i should mention.

Superb to deal with. Item arrived before it was expected and although one part was damaged in transit I am still giving them a 5* as the after sales and support were incredible! This has been my first experience of E-Bikes. I can honestly say that they, Davey,have been nothing but so helpful. They informed me that during this period they are all working from home but communication was second to none. Any issue I had was dealt with immediately and professionally. The bike was due to arrive between the 22nd and 23rd, it arrived on the 21st thus proving that E-Bikes is a professional outfit and I will be dealing with them again. I live in Somerset and there are few bike shops around but none who could supply and made excuses about the current situation and not being able to supply a product despite their adverts. So massive respect and thanks to E-Bikes from two hard working NHS staff. We Will be back.
