There was a small issue with my order however I found customer service at Outlet Pad sorted this quickly. I would order from them again!

Awful! DO NOT BUY ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. The product is extremely cheap and definitely not worth the price. In addition, there are no returns and you will be forced to ship the item back to China with the possibility of a refund of less than half the price paid.
Buy at your own risk!

My daughter was so in love with this dress from the moment she put it on. She wanted to model it and show everyone in the family she liked it so much. The dress is very pretty and looks great on her. The material isn't cheap or flimsy feeling and it is made well. Sizing was perfect.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming that she loved from seeing the picture. Understanding that it was coming from China, we ordered a size larger than she would normally wear. When the dress came, it was VERY poor quality and not anything like it was shown in the pictures. The price was $49, and this same dress would sell for MAYBE $15 in an American store. I can't even begin to explain the poor quality. Beyond that, the size was TOTALLY wrong. It was so short on her that it literally showed her underwear. I have been trying to return it for 3 full weeks, and there is literally no procedure for doing so. First they told me that as soon as there was an order in the States, they would allow me to ship it directly to the new customer. This seemed very odd, but I tried to go along. 2 weeks later, I had heard nothing. So I asked again. They said they had not received an order yet. So I asked for instructions to return it directly to them. I heard nothing for several days. So I asked AGAIN. This time I received a reply giving me an address to ship it to, but no return label. When I asked about this, he replied and said just to ship it. After some research, I realized that they were telling me to ship it at MY OWN EXPENSE. To China. This would cost more than the $50 I already paid for the "dress". DO NOT ORDER FROM OUTLETPAD. And to the answer received from Outletpad, the order # is 100006711. I provided it with every single correspondence.

I purchased a dress at outletpad Unfortunately I choose a wrong adress which I did not notice. I called the parcel service in USA and they told me they can't do anything for me and the parcel is returning back to China. I was really sad and wrote an Email to the outletpad Customer Service. They suggest to Sent me a new dress on their cost. Although it was my fault the delivery went wrong. I am so happy and Julie from Customer Service was really friendly.

I placed a couple of orders for Christmas gifts for my loved ones. I was not so sure with the sizes so I had to contact them regarding how their sizes works. They gave me a specific sizing information and good thing all the sizes I chose worked! My relatives were very happy with the dresses and most especially how they fitted. I was a little bit anxious at first ordering but since they offered free shipping, so I did. Packages also came very timely. I'm always skeptical about online shopping but I'm thankful outletpad exceeded my expectations!

I made various purchases from outletpad and so far I am really satisfied and surprised by the goods I have received. The quality, speed. What I received was like the pictures I had seen on site. I would say the overall experience was good and fun. It is something I would recommended, this site is awesome and easy to use.

Up until my most recent purchase, I've always lurked around on their website without actually purchasing because I was always afraid to purchase something that ended up not fitting. I live in Seattle and cannot visit their physical Georgia location. I prefer trying on clothes first to ensure they fit before spending money.
I finally decided to take the risk and purchased 2 dresses from them. The affordable pricing was too good to pass up. The package arrived exactly on the scheduled delivery date 7 days from shipping date.

At the beginning I was so hesitant to buy online due to my very bad experience with online shopping.. the moment when you get your order and it is nothing like you expected, ugh, the worst!!! But with outletpad it was the complete opposite! I loved the dress so much when I saw it online that it forced me to order, and when I received it, words just cannot describe how much I loved it! It was beyond my expectations.

As for the company.. quick service, and high standard quality of tailoring! Not only did the dress arrive ahead of time in perfect shape, but the customer support in this company is awesome!! You can ask any question in the chat box and someone is there to reply to you right away!

This is a China based firm. We ordered a dress for winter formal 5 weeks prior to the event. We researched how the item would be shipped and the site indicated USPS. Needless to say we did not received the item on time. The company did not even process the order for 10 days, indicating they wanted confirmation of payment. At 3 weeks in we were told the dress was in a Chinese post office and delivery would be in 15 days. They would not allow us to cancel the order nor did we receive it on time. I will surely research where a company is based prior to any future purchases.

I have order a tablet pc and I have a technical problem. after I have email them I have got a fast respond that have solve my problem!
