Completely unacceptable service
I ordered an ASUS ROG Strix G615 laptop. The parcel was delivered to a UPS Access Point without my request. When I collected it on 15 July, the laptop was missing — inside there was only the charger and empty packaging. After checkings I discovered that tracking number shows a weight of just 1.3kg, while the correct weight should be around 4-5 kg.
I contacted the seller explaining the situation. Instead of offering a refund or replacement, they replied that they would open an investigation with UPS and that someone from UPS would contact me to handle the claim. At the same time, they demanded that I return the empty box and charger for their "internal investigation" and sent me a return label.
In other words, they refused to take responsibility for the missing laptop and instead pushed the inconvenience of returning the package onto me, while also trying to involve me in their UPS claim process.
Even now the tracking still shows the parcel as available for collection and has not been updated since I picked it up on 15 July.
This is completely unacceptable service. The seller clearly tried to avoid solving the problem themselves and shifted all the hassle onto the customer. I had to open a dispute with PayPal. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Legitimate and trustworthy
Like many people, I was a bit sceptical ordering outlet products online. In my case it was a soundbar that was massively discounted. I took the plunge and didn’t look back. Sure, the box was beaten up badly, but I didn’t care one bit, the soundbar and subwoofer were both safe and secure and worked perfectly. They even packed UK leads as it was originally retailed in the EU with EU plugs. Overall seriously impressed and would recommend.
