I have been with ETX Capital a number of years now. I have found their tools easy to work with and the platform handles trades well at fair prices. ETX capital provide good FX training courses and also has a friendly and helpful cutomer service team

I just wanted to buy some shares to start with but have not found much information on-site on how to start trading for users who have not had any past experience.

Great web site, but I should have done the demo site first.

This was my second attempt at placing trades on the dummy account as a new trader. Having written the process down to follow I did manage to place 4 trades. However, I did feel rushed with my tutor. He took a call whilst on the trading platform with me. I did feel a bit small and stupid as I didn't know the answers to his questions. That was because the process had not been properly taught to me. I now have it fully written down step by step . That's where I felt rushed in me writing it down. I have done 3 trades on my own because I have the full process.

My account manager telephoned me within 24hrs of opening the account. He was polite and friendly and quick to answer my questions. I appreciated his honesty.

What I have to do to have the money which I have presently back and close everything?

I have been approached by many other brokers, but I chose to remain with ETX because, from every indication, I can’t get anything better somewhere else.

Trading is something that I started looking into back when Covid hit. Etx is a brilliant platform and there is always someone on hand to help if you feel a little overwhelmed with something. My advisor is Frank B, he is friendly and gives a call to check in to see how things are going. Frank understands that I am trying to fit trades in-between a hectic lifestyle and one day I'm going to sit and digest all the emails that filter through with some indicators of what is going on in the market world.

ETX is one of three brokers I have used for my trading. It is by far the best with an assigned account manager (Stephen O'Sullivan in my case) who contacts me on an agreed weekly basis and runs through what is coming up in the following week which may impact the markets I trade. Via email I also receive daily updates on the main markets. All in all an impressive professional service.

I've been with ETX since 2014 and have had a very good experience, with very good customer service staff and Stephen O'Sullivan who is my customer Relationship Manager who is at the end of the phone or email with help if I need it. Having read some of the negative comments I don't understand how they didn't get the excellent service the ETX gives

I have been with ETX for over two years now, they have been an excellent trading partner for me, my only regret is I wasted time and money with 3 rubbish brokers before joining ETX. Every morning I get a trading report to help me decide how the markets might go for that day, I also get regular check in calls from my account manager George Walker who is always helpful. I prefer to place trades using the ETX platform but use the MT4 platform for chart mark-ups and to send email alerts from my custom indicators. I find the asset spreads to be fairly tight this helps when trying the odd scalp. ETX offer extensive training material and there are two videos each week if you want to participate, The ones I have seen are helpful but I would prefer to watch a recording after the event has aired mainly because they cover a lot of material some I which I’m not interested in so I can skip any unwanted parts. As I said at the start I wish I had chosen ETX sooner than I did and would definitely recommend them!!
