Prompt response. Everything requested dealt with however my demo account has gone inactive again meaning that I cannot try out a new trading idea. Email stated that the demo account would remain open.

As I have just started, I gave the 4 stars because I was followed up, sent emails that will help me on this journey.

I was taken through the sign-up process step by step. Everything I needed to know and to get started was explained and shown to me via screen sharing. It was painless and I feel very confident in starting my trading journey.

I actually mean this. The service I receive from ETX and the platform itself is probably consistently the best service I experience in any of my dealings with third parties.

ETX have proved themselves to be reliable and very efficient.

I run a small account only amounting to £500 and therefore pick trades every now and then as a fun exercise just to keep the mind active. Due to the Covid issue and work pressures I have not been able to find time to trade and therefore my account has sat there for several months. As work pressure reduced I looked to return to trade but find I have been charged £25 per month for the month I have not traded. I appreciate that none use of an account should attract a fee, but the amount in relation to the account has significantly reduced my account and therefore available margin. I think a review of the smaller account charges should be looked at.

I have been spreadbetting with ETX for about a year now. Mainly FX and Indices. I am trading a very small account and am a cautious, short term/ day trader. I have traded Futures contracts in the past and always previously found spreadbetting seemed to be loaded against me , so never really used it but ETX I have found to be transparent and fair. Can't see any reason to change or stop using them.

I’ve been with ETX for a while now and never had any issues. Withdrawals come in less than 24hrs, they always reply to emails, and the platform is nice and simple.
The fact that they are regulated by the UK was definitely the main factor that made me decide to open an account.
Some of the bad reviews I see remind me of the reviews I wanted to write at the very beginning, when I had no idea what I was doing when Spread Betting.
The mobile version has room for improvement for sure, but it’s good enough to keep track of my bets. The overnight charges can be expensive but to be honest I wouldn’t be able to compare with other platforms as this is the only one I use.
Hope they stay in business for many years.
