AMAZING !! The best training you can find: fast, effective and varied

I have found funk Roberts over 40 shred program to be very effective and encouraging in assisting Men to increase their Testosterone and building a strong body. I am 62 and have been in the program since April 2020.I have learned nutrition like I’ve never known before. The over 40 shred have allowed me to develop a new lifestyle that pays great dividends. Currently I don’t have any changes that I would like to see.

The coaching is real and easy to follow. It is also easy to do without GYM equipment. I could say this program is recommended for all over 40 who want real and cheap training.

I would recommend over 40 alpha to every man out there. for the first time in 20 years I was finally able to shed some pounds and stick to exercise program. but just like it said over and over again you cannot outperform a bad diet. you must eat correctly in order for it to be effective.

I'm at the 4th phase of the program and overall I'd advise it. So far I was able to follow the exercises even if some are very hard for me. I have to say that my girlfriend noticed the first changes and it's nice after hard work to see your body changing!

Good plan for men over 40. I get 3phases done and really see results.

Workouts are great!!! very time conforming and the expert advice is excellent to get the gains I can truly see!!!

You have to know I was in a deep depression due to health problems that day when I got a message from Funk ... if I go under, then as a Spartan I said to myself ... this program is amazing, No body stays dry during workouts with the monthly challenges, it is both physically and psychologically demanding. The opportunity to ask questions at any time, which are also answered. Weekly chat and much more ... you have to try it otherwise you won't understand.
