Steven has been extremely helpful and responded with speed. He has been courteous, polite and professional. He resolved the reoccurring issue straight away.

Craig was very helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and talked us through getting the phone lines back up and running again ,He also arranged for an engineer to come out to us that day and assist with setting up a new handset.

After many years of poor to average service, we are migrating our services (broadband and phones) away from our [previous] provider to Overline Network Consultants.
The whole service so far has been great: the sales guy (Mark) knew his products, and tailored everything exactly right for our proposal; the installation process has been quick and hassle-free, and the engineer (Ian) was helpful and approachable. The support from Leanne who is looking after the overall switch, (and us), has been exceptional, and I'm confident that we are in very good hands going forward.

A great meeting with Mark Ford! He left us feeling well informed and offered great advice for our communication systems. Our internet and phones were down first thing on Monday morning and Steven gave me instructions on my Mobile to reset the system and get it up and running again very quickly. I'm so grateful for his excellent service, clear instructions and patience while waiting for me to carry them out. He saved the day!

I spoke to a lovely Leanne Acampora regarding having another 24 port and 4 handsets, she was very helpful and able to understand what i was trying to describe to her down the phone :) we also received a quote very quickly.... so thank you Leanne for all your help :D

We had an issue come up with our phone system that needed to be identified and sorted out rapidly. Our technical consultant Steven was extremely quick to make contact and ask the right questions to be able to pinpoint the cause and rectified it within minutes. Exceptionally good customer and professional services from start to finish and a relief to carry on with our business operations.

We now have 9 outlets using Overline, really pleased with the service, Leanne always kept me updated during the whole process. Would thoroughly recommend.

Have been with Overline for a number of years now and any time there has been a technical glitch, which is rare, the tech team have been excellent at responding and rectifying in a very timely manner. Customer service from all representatives have always been friendly and helpful.

Directory kept dissapearing from telephone system after a few telephone calls this was all sorted.

Steven was great very knowledgeable about the system and managed to really pull us out of a trick situation due to the call recording software

Steven has been so helpful from the get go advising on what would work best for RGVA. He has been from the get go and we are very happy with our new telephone messages!

Steven really helpful and patient. The issue was fixed after a few minutes on the phone where he was able to direct me to go through the steps to locate and solve the problem.

Well done Overline we found our Broadband down Monday morning, Craig diverted the phones straight away, Openreach missed the fault the next day so when Ian the engineer turned up following their visit he agreed to come Wednesday am to meet with Openreach to ensure we would definitely be up and running, he waited until Openreach had been again and we were all good - Excellent local customer service and support - Andy

Honest and helpful company, transition from old phone system to new was seamless and the staff were on the end of the phone to help with any issues! Ongoing support so far has been great

Excellent service from Overline been with these guys for years now. Whenever there is a problem they are always very quick and friendly to resolve the problem with no added costs.
They save us a lot of time so that we can focus on our business, couldn't recommend them enough!
