Booked the James Bond Island trip online through Over The Planet. As soon as the payment was made, i received email with confirmation and pick up details were notified. The tour operator (Nureena Travel) were superb (5 starts)! The vessel was large, as advertised, clean toilets, very stable and plenty of space onboard. The lunch was delicious and sufficient quantity. The canoe trips were great and as advertised. Best part was the crew who made the trip so special; they were super polite, super helpful and always smiling. Keep up the good work team!

I will start with the hotel itself. The hotel is beautifully decorated in the style of a palace, everywhere is clean and the staff constantly takes care of this cleanliness. The hotel is large also you can easily make evening walks there.

I require a deposit and with a credit card based system the refunding the deposit is awkward.

I used travel perk for several years. I was in charge of implementing it in my company and create the travel policies and self service process. Before that we used traditional agencies and we had 2 people fully focus on booking trips.

Once I implemented Travel perk we did a self service process and those 2 people were able to put their work on something more valuable

idiculous wast of money $64 per person.

I truly enjoyed the experience.

It gets very hot and there’s not much shade/ places to sit, but it’s ok because once you’ve gotten your photos there’s not much else to do.

The navigation, the steps when you create an event, a trip, when you invite a new user or archive an old one. Is very easy to complete your settings and deploy your company policies and approval steps.

There's a special kudos for the support team: changes, cancellations, time modifications, dates, upgrades... all these are very common, but the support team is always there to help you by chat, by email and they always have a solution.

Good tool for booking , tracking and approvals. The long time it takes to upload receipts or load the pages are joykill

When changing plans, we had to rebook each excursion so the process started over but we knew what we wanted to do and it was all booked within the week and the plans were set and ready to go. Leading up to the trip, my mom contacted Eric as a surprise to us to upgrade our flights. He assisted my mom and helped her surprise us with this upgrade. She enjoyed working with him and found the process super easy on her end while working with Eric.

Recently booked a Trekking trip in Iceland through them. The booking process was smooth, but the info on trip activities/stay weren't entirely accurate. Expect some variations when you arrive. Value for money is ok, would book again if they actually improve transparency.

Booked an accommodation from Over The Planet, great for value, communications were clear and everything was smooth with no hassles. Will definitely rebook with them in the future
