They are totally fraud, scammers. They oly focus on marketing to attract customers, they have fake reviews on instagram, fake followers, i was unaware and orderd a bag it was peice of garbagge, it was made of plastic totally diffent from pictures and videos. I tried to contact them they didnt attend calls, didnt reply on whatsaap, and on the delivery bag return adress was also fake. Never buy from here!!!! they can attract you by ads. Totally fraud

Show different product on ads and delivered cheap and worst quality product, they delete your account from Shopify to remove record or not to give a review on the shop.
They don't have any social review to show a validity of shop.

BE aware of these SCAMMER.

I ordered their black laptop bag. The worst quality I ever got. Even though I'm their repeated customer. For my brother I ordered this same bag on September. The quality was top notch that's why I decided recently to order the same bag. Now, when I received it. It was totally a bunch of scam. That's what overtop do for their past clients. I won't recommend anyone to purchase from them. They are not even replying on whatsap. I wish I could've shown you guys the picture but there's no option.

A piece of garbage. Jo advertisement ma dikhaya tha wasa kuch bhi nae ha. Dil tu ker raha ha k isay phank dia jayee. Bakwas quality ha. Stuff tu asa lag raha jasay shopping bag ka lagaya hua ha. Stiching bhi phati hui ha. 2000 ka bag khareed k bhi zaya hi hua ha is sa acha tha k kisi local market sa 500 wala la lia jata. Agar Brand show ker bhi rahay tu logo tu kam sa kam seedha laga latay. Complaint form hi show nae ho raha. Or sarh no return or change policy. Scam jo kerna OverTop na. I need my money back.

Scammers with totally misleading advertisements.
They said Buy 1 bag get 1 bag free and when ordered Just got a poor quality bag and a little poor pouch.
And later they changed ion the website.
And there is no contact no or page or return policy on website. Totally scam

This is a scam. They're selling extremely poor quality products. No customer service at all. They're faking TrustPilot reviews on the website. Ordered a "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" bag but only got 1 bag in total.

Most effective way forward is to report them to Shopify and get them to close their fake store. To do this, just Google "Report Merchant Fraud Shopify". Please take 2 mins to report them.

For the past few days, I have been getting ads from Overtop.com.pk on Facebook and Instagram. I bought one bag and I paid in advance through bank transfer. Now, I didn't like the quality, very low quality which can't justify the price Rs. 2890. So I thought of returning or exchange it.
I messaged them on WhatsApp but there was no response.
I tried calling them, but their number is not valid (System can't recognise the number).
I wrote them an email regarding my order, but there was no reply.
Again, I messaged them several times on WhatsApp, but there was no reply from them except for an auto-reply.
I messaged them on instagram but no response.

They are displaying completely fake 4367 reviews from Trustpilot. Now i checked their Turstpilot profile they only have 6 revies which are mostly negative. Their profile is showing warning 'This company’s rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines.'.
They are completely scam. They are destroying e-commerce industry.

Poor Quality Products and Nonexistent Customer Service I recently made a purchase from Overtop, expecting a quality item as shown on their website. Instead, I received a completely different, poorly made bag that’s nothing like what was advertised. The quality is terrible, and it feels like I’ve been scammed. To make matters worse, Overtop’s customer service is nonexistent. I’ve tried calling and messaging multiple times, but no one responds. It’s clear they have no intention of fixing the issue or helping their customers. Avoid this company at all costs. They deliver low-quality products and completely ignore customers once they’ve taken your money. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

They are doing scams. They are not sending the article they've shown on their website. Totally bunch of scammers earning haram money. They are also showing fake reviews of Trustpilot on their website. Totally scam and fake store.
