It's a malware.
After you install the manager, it also downloads a piece of software that installs itself on raid 0 and cannot be deleted without reinstalling firmware on the motherboard. This is done so that it can monitor content on your PC even after Overwolf is uninstalled. Probably monitors installed mods too.

Quick and easy experience!

I love it!!! it has a page for Game Maps what helped me a lot a very lot!!! Overwolf has many other very helpful functions, i love it! the Baldurs Gate 3 Maps for example are very very helpful to navigate! its a all-in-one Map for all 3 Acts and i saved lots of googling with this, thank you Overwolf!!! ^^

Die Anwendungen sind gut, aber während dem Spiel ein pop up Fenster zum Download einer neuen Software zu öffnen ist eine Frechheit, vorallem wenn es das geöffnete Spiel crashed.

Everyone knows that you're nothing but Malware and Spyware. first of all, it wants me to record whenever i join a game, making me mad because this is just %100 sketchy. When i found out more about it, i deleted it but was immediately spammed with ads never using this again. Israel = trash.

extremely horrible and terrible to manage. Downloaded it bc my friends wanted to mod lethal company and for some reason it downloaded some stupid overlay feature that shows pc info CPU,GPU, ETC. However it constantly spams you with advertising and when I tried to delete it, it gave me an error code. Basically saying your stuck with this crappy app. Had to delete the file instead.

Useful and fun mods

Overwolf is pretty good for thunder store & curse forge so Yeah it's useful for some apps

Honestly makes modding super simple and actually fun.

It records and saves videos well, the only downside is that the videos randomly disappear and I can only access them through the file search, and some videos have no audio.

Super easy game mods and CC install.
The mods and cc are easy to update and uninstall if needed. It is a must for me, with Sims 4 and WOW.
