Arrived damaged - company won't replace

Customer service is horrible.

My bottle is defective/damaged. Has a warped spot and discoloration on the lid/cap. They refuse to replace it and instead offer me a measly 25% refund. I want a replacement. I want a bottle that's what is advertised not damaged

I'm tried to upload pictures to my review on their website and it kept failing. Trying to away their website reviews to stay 5 stars. When I assure you they are not.

Company is a joke

I love their water bottles, I think they are currently the best on the market!

Owala send bottles from the UK but only allow returns to go to the USA. Customs and postage are over 30.00 to return. It is a scam to prevent customers being able to return bottles.

Purchased replacement covers from "owalalifeuk" it's a SCAM!!!!!! stay away from it (which is really surprising given the way website is presented). Never received the goods it's been nearly 40 days, had to open the dispute with the credit card. They don't respond to emails, the tracking number it's seems like it's fake aswell, it feels like someone just types in some bogus messages, to create an Illusion that it's still arriving. They pose themselves as UK website but goods allegedly comes from China.

I have never felt so dissapointed to any brand but you. I live in Sweden. Order number #1QF-bb12272-fn646 and with Tracking Number: HMG HG1000469142DH.

I asked customer service what is your shipping partner in sweden after you dispatched your bottle from CHINA. They didn't answer my mail.

On 21 November 2025, I got the notification that my bottles had been delivered. Both my post box and my entrance with a full security camera were empty. Nothing is coming from you. I emailed customer service again and asked where all the items were sent, because I never received them at my home adress (i have CCTV camera recording as a proof ;) ).
Whoever think about purchasing this from owalalife online shop. Please think twice.

I bet this would be good but unfortunately I can't accept the terms and conditions. I have recently been scammed by another website when I tried to buy the elphaba and glinda owalas for me and my friend. We got a lot of spam calls and people are trying to take money. I know I am not talking about this website but this is a warning. NEVER SHOP ON UK OWALA SHOPS

Also, when I finally accepted the policy on this website, the wicked collaboration is NOT AVAILABLE IN THE UK LIKE MAKE THIS MORE ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES TO AMERICA

f-up customer service. I emailed them to cancel my order just 30min after I placed the order. Their answer "we'll do our best to cancel your order... now we'll pass this to human operator to handle..." Since this message, no message was received next 3days, and then the item was shipped. I had to pay shipping both ways . Is this 18th century???

They honored their warranty and replaced a defective lid free of charge without pestering me about proof/why it was broken. SO happy with the resolution and response times. Will not shop anywhere else for bottles in the future.

Excellent customer service. I bought my Owala bottle from Amazon in October and the spring on the cap broke. On emailing them they responded within a few days and sent me a £20 voucher to purchase a new lid. The lids are only £6 and postage £6, which meant I had a bit left over, so bought another lid and only had to put £5 to it. Really please with the outcome.
