Arrived damaged-refuses replacement
Arrived damaged - company won't replace
Customer service is horrible.
My bottle is defective/damaged. Has a warped spot and discoloration on the lid/cap. They refuse to replace it and instead offer me a measly 25% refund. I want a replacement. I want a bottle that's what is advertised not damaged
I'm tried to upload pictures to my review on their website and it kept failing. Trying to away their website reviews to stay 5 stars. When I assure you they are not.
Company is a joke
