We hired Owen for our wedding in April to do some live illustrations for our guests and for an illustration of the wedding scene.

Owen was a total joy to work with - he was clear and extremely responsive throughout the entire process from booking through to the actual day whilst also allowing my wife and I to put our own stamp on how the big day ran.

Owen’s pictures are beautiful and we had rave reviews from friends who were so pleased with their portraits to be able to takeaway as a memento of the day. Owen even sent an additional portrait of my wife and I to our home address alongside the larger wedding scene painting.

I would give a full throated recommendation for Owen to anyone who wants either an illustrator or even just something a bit different on their wedding day.

Owen was spectacular from start to finish. Not only is he a wickedly talented artist, he is also such a lovely guy. We started with a video chat with Owen where we discussed our wedding and the themes, colours, and overall vibe we wanted. Owen’s beautiful use of watercolour pastels and relaxed but refined style fit perfectly with our vision. Owen created our digital save the dates, physical invitations, and wedding signage. The process was seamless as he sent line drawings initially and then coloured drafts for final approval. He was more than happy to make any amendments required. Everything was done in good time, and he kept us on track. We also commissioned Owen to create our Place Card Dinner Portraits which doubled as our wedding favours. These were an absolute hit. Everyone was impressed with their line-drawn, hand-coloured portraits. It’s quite a personalised gift that trumps generic wedding favours. I would highly advise these! And finally, we also had Owen paint our wedding day. He arrived early to set up and painted all day, culminating in a big reveal at the end of the evening. Everyone crowded around the painting to spot themselves and compliment Owen personally. We could not be happier with all the work Owen did for us, and we are especially happy to have a beautiful painting to memorialise our special day. Thank you, Owen!

We had Owen at our wedding, and it was a great experience!! He was so easy to work with - simple to book, clearly explained the process and what was needed from our side to get him set up for a great day of illustration. Our guests loved having him there, it really gave our day a special touch of something fun and unique. Of course the final portraits were awesome too, we've seen multiple of our guests use them as their WhatsApp profile pics!

What a fantastic experience with Owen - from the time of booking through to the goodbyes on the day everything was professional. We absolutely love our ceremony painting which is hanging in our living room and our friends and family love their portraits from the day! Everyone said what a great addition it was, it’s great for guests all throughout the day and a fantastic alternative to favours which are always forgotten!!

Owen was brilliant. I reached out to Owen to illustrate for my wedding as a surprise for my wife, and he was super accommodating to keep it a surprise as well as thoughtful in the lead up to the day, meeting with me to talk everything through. The reveal on the day was perfect and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and the guests loved their evening portraits as well.

I came across Owen's lovely work when I was researching wedding illustrators - I thought rather than have a content creator, it would be cool to have an illustration that was captured during our wedding ceremony, for something a bit different and relevant to that moment that we can keep forever.

On exploring his event packages, I thought having illustrations of guests during the reception would be great too - having a live creative expression but also something additional to drinks for people to get involved in.

This was a great decision - our guests loved their portraits and raved about the idea, and we are incredibly happy to have such a beautiful picture from our wedding day.

If you are considering booking Owen, my advice is.. go ahead! These special touches to your day or any event make a real difference, and are enduring!

Owen was the illustrator for our wedding in East Yorkshire. He produced guest portraits, the ceremony picture, and a couples picture outside the venue. His work was exceptional - all the guests commented on the guest portraits and the ceremony picture he had completed ‘live’ on the day. He was communicative and it was clear what we were purchasing. He met us beforehand to clarify our expectations further. He produced a high quality illustration and provided a novel addition to our special day - a hit with family and friends alike.

Owen is incredibly talented, everyone was so excited to see him and get their illustrations done. It was a real highlight of our wedding day for our guests. He's a lovely person to talk to as well as he's making his magic!

It was a privelege to have Owen paint at our wedding. He was a fan favourite with a queue for his portraits throughout the drinks receptions. Our family & freinds absolutely loved the keepsakes from the day he lovingly painted for them. As for our ceremony portrait, it’s wonderful, so wonderful that the only issue we now have is finding a place nice enough to hang it. Owen was fantastic on our wedding day! All of our guests commented on how much they loved having their portraits done and what a wonderful idea it was. He illustrated our wedding ceremony and the final illustration is utterly beautiful! He managed to capture all of the detials in the room as well as the view of the London sky line out of the window!
