Id give it one star if i could. Really shady business practice makes it really difficult to cancel your subscription and no auto renewal notice.

Support staff not helpful, just out for money.

Cancelled by subscription then noticed it was due again in January ( I choose the pay once a year option) no way of cancelling on the site the oink won't work and the email address provided has bouced back iv ended ul ringing the bank to block the payment but will have to do so once a year if no one gets back to me as the block only lasts 13months

Absolutely dreadful , I cancelled via email 6 months into my subscription as didn’t enjoy. I’ve just popped on to re-check today and they have me down as renewing at end of the month.
I’ve tried to contact them by email but it’s getting bounced back
I tried contacting on Facebook but ignored and my comments turned off.
I wish I’d read the reviews before signing up.
Love Davina but this website is dreadful , so many people have had money taken out of their accounts

Cancelled my subscription months ago via apple as instructed to do on the own your own goals website. They have since taken money out of my account for another year with no warning. I emailed and advised they had taken this without my authorisation and they replied stating I should of cancelled earlier and I can not have a refund.
Shocking service. I am now taking this to my bank account.

I'm glad I popped on here to check it wasn't just me. Yesterday I used a link posted on Davina herself's Instagram for a 6 week "guest pass". Set up the account, it made me a great programme of beginner workouts which I was looking forward to starting today. Logged in today and I just have a page which tells me to pay to upgrade for the full experience, I can no longer access the workout plan it created for me unless I pay, I feel quite mugged off! Fastest 6 weeks ever that was it seems - complete waste of time :(

I signed up last year and didn’t use the app. I didn’t think it was good.
I looked at my bank account and they’ve just taken another annual subscription out and are refusing to refund it. So disgusted!

I signed up for this by subscription and tried a couple of times but preferred my own on-line Pilates so stopped using it. I tried to unsubscribe on the app but couldn’t see how to cancel or indeed talk to someone. I have just had another years subscription taken from my bank account! I’m furious but there’s no refund and I still haven’t figured out how to cancel I resorted to social media in the end but they just said tough nothing to be done till they take the next years one! So my cancellation is still pending - I defy anyone to figure out how to cancel - absolute scam!

I have never come across a company with such appaling customer service. I have been trying to contact them since 4 January. It says an advisor will get back to you in 24 hours, seven days later and still waiting.

I notice that people complain about cancellation but mine is NOT about that at all! I have paid £59 for the full annual membership offer, however, I have very limited access on the site and it keeps telling me I need to upgrade when I’ve already paid for the full membership (normally £89 but they did a deal for £59). They’ve taken the money out of my account but I can’t access stuff? I’ve tried emailing to no avail and have been tried to reach out to them on social media. I don’t want to cancel, I want to use it, but I can’t?!?! It’s also saying I’ve completed a workout, when I’ve yet to do that?! I just want it rectified that’s all, so I can use it!

I signed up to OYGD last Christmas. I did not realise that I signed up for continuous renewals. I would have expected that, as would be good service, I would have received a notification that my account was due to renew, however this did not happen. Now I have been told that, although I contacted to request a cancellation when I saw the payment taken, I cannot cancel and have a refund due to the terms and conditions. Whilst I respect that those are the rules, it is greatly frustrating that OYGD can change the rules when they like regarding content they provide (the lives that we could access and then we couldn't) but they stick to them vehemently when it suits them. Poor service all round. Would not recommend at all. If you do sign up, be careful to cancel your renewal immediately.

I note the only reviews left about this site at the moment reflect issues when trying to cancel the subscription, which I don't currently have any experience of. However, as a user of the site itself, I have to say, I'm really impressed!

There is an absolutely massive bank of workouts to choose from including dance, yoga, strength training, pilates and you can break down further by choosing from beginner, intermediate or advanced. What I like the most though is that you can search for workouts based on the amount of time you have from 10 minutes up to 50 minutes, please 5 minute warm up and cool down sessions.

There's a lot more information on the site which I haven't used as yet eg nutrition and recipes plus a large 'wellbeing' section which includes a host of information about the menopause, IBS, mental health, intermittent fasting, vitamin D, how to manage cravings ... I could go on and on.

All in all I think this is great value for money and it has definitely encouraged me to exercise more by simply making it accessible and manageable.

Please be really careful when signing up as it is very difficult to cancel and there is zero customer service. I cannot get a response from anyone and would not recommend this company.

The app is great but trying to cancel your subscription is a nightmare, the information they supply to cancel is incorrect, they made it near impossible to cancel your subscription and continue to take your money.
If it was not so hard to cancel I would consist re-joining as it was a good app with good classes. Real shame.
